ホテルの人はフロント、朝食の係りの人、掃除の人にいたるまで親切で気持ちが良かった。朝食は今回利用した- どのホテルよりも充実していた。 海に面したホテルなので、部屋が海に面していたらもっと良かった。 |

サンマルコからわずかの距離で建物そのものもゴージャスな感じですばらしい。庭側の部屋であったが静かで快- 適であった。受付のスタッフの対応も流石によくできている。 全体的にはシックなレトロ調で少し暗さを感じる。イースターのムラーノ行きの無料招待のオファーは結局ベネ- チアグラスの斡旋販売でまったくいただけない。ホテルが事実を掴んだ上でこのようなサービスを提供している- のか疑問で不愉快である。きっちり事前に説明をすべきである。 |

Excellent breakfast, professional staff, clean and luxorious. Hotel room was spacious even for three (two adults and a child) Somewhat dark interior in the hotel for summer, would be better for winter. |

The room for a family was good when you had the possibility to stay in the same room with the kids. The decoration and atmosphere of the hotel is very venetian, the location is excellent and the breakfast in the garden lovely. In this kind of a quite luxurious hotel, the wireless internet connections should be in the rooms, too, not only in the lobby. The high prices were the weak point. |

Plush and comfortable, not pushy about their facilities. Also, because we had stayed there on a previous trip, our room was unknowingly upgraded which was nice. In trying to keep with the overall theme, it can be a bit dark. |

Everything! The staff was so warm and helpful. The decor was beautiful and exotic. The breakfasts on the terrace were delightful. Our room was extremely comfortable and quite. Best of all, the air conditioning was tremendous! The location was perfect: convenient to the vaporetti stops and great views. I would definitely come back. Serve more fresh fruit at breakfast (bananas and raw berries). |

Very good location, nice garden and good breakfast, nice decor in bar, good lounge music. Little bit run down, strange antiques everywhere, too expensive minibar, no mineralwater offered free of charge in the room, no waterboiler in the room. |

The staff were extremely efficient and very friendly and the accomodation was clean and comfortable. Totally at odds with the reputation often directed at Venice, it was a pleasure to stay there. A bit on the expensive side. |

loved this hotel. The decorative room and hotel lobby were beautiful. Exquisite detail and interior design. Wonderful staff and 2 star restaurant. Hands down, the best breakfasts of all the 5 star hotels we stayed at during a 3 week holiday. Wonderful and very attentive staff. Excellent location. 5 star all the way! expensive (like everything in Venice) but worth it. |

the lobby was nice, bar is also good but dont stay for the night overpriced, overrated, warm rooms no good airconditioning small rooms just for the name. I stayed in Villa Laguna next day half the price (i got even the junior suite for half the price of metropole standard) same breakfast and a very wonderfull room with views over the laguna, good location accesable with watertaxi and vaporetto next to hotel |

Excellent staff - very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast buffet. Overall feeling of hotel was rather gloomy and oppressive -dark, heavy furnishing and soft furnishings (which we expected) but lighting in public areas also rather dim. |

Everything! The service was excellent. The whole hotel was charming and relaxing. Decor was lovely. Breakfast was included and was very good. The bar and the garden were exceptional. |
