Rooms a bit small, but I think that is probably the norm for the location.

Very well located, food excellent, service first class, decor individual boutique style, relaxing ambiance in the heart of the city.

The staff were excellent, particularly those working in the bar areas and restaurants. The hotel has a unique ambience, almost bohemian, gothic incorporating antique furniture and displays, certainly different, certainly fullfilled its reputation for fine food!

It was announced as 5 star hotel. But! It is 4 star as a fact and moreover it is 3 star as I saw it! Please make certain correction for the hotel as it announcing on the site!!!

The decor and high level of comfort, it's a stylish hotel.

I would have preferred a rate inclusive of breakfast as the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied.

It is a hotel with history, old,not so bright.

Very friendly welcoming staff; marvellous location, has its own water taxi stop so arrival direct from airport (and departure to airport) easy and convenient. Cleanliness of rooms was excellent.

Interior decoration of both rooms we booked was rather tired: stained wallpaper was a little at odds with all other facilities. Breakfast is expensive.

I really enjoyed our stayed, it was all very laid back but it was also luxurious. Great location. Free internet. The suite was perfect, romantic, peaceful, lovely bed and comfortable. The staff were pleasent and helpful but not in your face and I found the drinks etc were not to expensive for this class of hotel. The only part of the hotel experience that disappointed was the restuarant, the food was rubbish and over priced and the restuarant had no atmosphere, dont bother. I would certainly stay there again but skip the restuarant.

It was our second stay in this hotel and once again everything was perfect - hotel stuff, food and beautiful Venezia.

Great location near St. Mark's and excellent views of the lagoon. Our room was very clean. An eclectic bar area provides a good place to relax after a day of site seeing.

The room was a bit dark and a little cramped for a family of four but more than adequate for our two-night stay. Service was friendly but a bit slow, particularly in the bar.

Room was generous in size. Bed and linens extremely comfortable. Location perfect for enjoying Venice. Breakfast buffet terrific.

Room was a little dark, and noisy in the back of the hotel overlooking garden but also directly above all air conditioning units. Also strong musty odor in room, and could not open windows because of noise and mosquitoes. Internet quit working on 2nd day, and staff refused to admit it did not work.
