Location, staff, restaurant, ambience.

The room for a family was good when you had the possibility to stay in the same room with the kids. The decoration and atmosphere of the hotel is very venetian, the location is excellent and the breakfast in the garden lovely.

In this kind of a quite luxurious hotel, the wireless internet connections should be in the rooms, too, not only in the lobby. The high prices were the weak point.

The service was perfect.

Very good location, nice garden and good breakfast, nice decor in bar, good lounge music.

Little bit run down, strange antiques everywhere, too expensive minibar, no mineralwater offered free of charge in the room, no waterboiler in the room.

The staff were extremely efficient and very friendly and the accomodation was clean and comfortable. Totally at odds with the reputation often directed at Venice, it was a pleasure to stay there.

loved this hotel. The decorative room and hotel lobby were beautiful. Exquisite detail and interior design. Wonderful staff and 2 star restaurant. Hands down, the best breakfasts of all the 5 star hotels we stayed at during a 3 week holiday. Wonderful and very attentive staff. Excellent location. 5 star all the way!

Excellent staff - very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast buffet.

Overall feeling of hotel was rather gloomy and oppressive -dark, heavy furnishing and soft furnishings (which we expected) but lighting in public areas also rather dim.

Everything! The service was excellent. The whole hotel was charming and relaxing. Decor was lovely. Breakfast was included and was very good. The bar and the garden were exceptional.

Was disappointed with the decor of our room (quadruple). It did not live up to the rest of the hotel.

Hotel staff are nice and kind. Interiors in hall, retaurant and rooms are also fine. I would like to choose this hotel again at next visit at Venice.

great location for exploring venice with easy acess form airport &local transport system.good all round service, staff always ready to help and friendly ,hotel provides some nice little touches on service , rooms clean and tidy as you would expect with the price although rooms a little on the darkside,major plus was a good breakfast
