Příjemný personál a ochotná obsluha, dostupnost centra města a nádraží Termini.

Měli jsme mít nekuřácký pokoj a v pokoji byl vždy po prvním vstupu cítit kouř z cigaret po předešlých klientech hotelu. Všude byly popelníky, Toto mi hodně vadilo. Příště pokud si vyberu nekuřácký pokoj chci ho také dostat. Placenný internet mne překvapil v takovémto hotelu bych čekal internet pro hosty zdarma.

We like the location. It's just 5 mins walk from the Termini and is quite easy to find. Although it's near to the main train station, the neighbourhood is relatively safe when compared to the rest of the area. Our room is spacious and very clean, and our bed is extremely comfortable. Room service is great. We arrived at Rome very early in odd hours but we were still able to check-in because the room was ready.

There isn't really much I can complain about this hotel. If I have to be picky, hotel staff could be nicer and more friendly, and it's a bit expensive.

Great location...within short walking distance of Termini, & 10-15 mins from main historic places such as Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps...very nice hotel & room...staff were very helpful

Breakfast choice was limited for non-pork, but this was common in Italy. Wireless was expensive at Euro 22 for 24 hrs...food at hotel is expensive but pleaty of rest outside

Location was excellent and the staff were friendly. Restaurant was closed so could not comment on that.

We liked the convinience and comfort to gettign around Rome. The Hotel was modern and well looked after and certainly value for money. We stayed for one night in the beginning of our trip and returned to stay the last night of our trip and were upgraded to a Junior Suite at no extra charge - a nice gesture. We were also accomodated with a late check out. I would certainly recommend this Hotel and will not hestitate to stay there again...

I was very surprised as to the size of this room. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was also a luxury under European standards. The tv inside the bathroom was great. The hotel was in close proximity of the metro system in Rome making it very accessible to all parts of the city.

the room was excellent:big(we were surprized to find we got a room with a terrace) comfortable (all sorts of pillows to choose from, tv and all the facilities), clean, well designed and lovely breakfast too.

no consierge (forgive my spelling) and it depends on who you meet at the front desk for his/hers creative advices for food and intertainment. be ready in advance.

The location was excellent. Very close to Central Railway station.

I felt the hotel and room was immaculately clean, it was a great place to come back to and relax in after a day sight seeing. The breakfast is very basic, but it was bundled in with the price of the room so no complaints about that. (well maybe use less fat when cooking the bacon, haha). The location was also great for getting to and from the train station and airport.

Great location close to the train station and subways. Great breakfast and a beautiful and very comfortable superior room with a king bed.

The people on the desk weren't very friendly and when we checked in we had to ask them to change our room to a better location since we looked at four closed walls outside our window. However they did change it.

Convenience to transport, opera, shopping,sightseeing & dining. Room large, modern, clean, quiet. Bed & pillows very comfortable, bathroom well equipped. Our room was available immediately when we arrived at 9 AM & upgraded without charge.
