Excellent location near to the station and within walking distance of most of the best sites. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. Breakfast was very good. Our room was extremely well appointed and furnished to a very high standard. The bed was very comfortable. We had no complaints at all. The view wasn't great, but that is often the case with city hotels. It was not a problem. |

Good central location. Welcoming, friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms and public areas were clean, spacious and decorated in pleasant neutral colours. Also, because our visit was during August the air conditioning system was very effective and most welcome. |

I particularly like the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of staff. All of them were brilliant. I got an upgrade to the suite and directions to interesting places in the city without hassles. The rooms are a bit small as I guess in most hotels in Rome. |

The hotel was just lovely and "classy", th erooms were spacious and claen and quiet!! Also we were neicely upgraded on our second stay which is always nice when it is not expected. The room we stayed in the second night, Aug 5th, had a strange odour when you walked in. |

Very professional and helpful staff. The room was very soundproof, beds and pillows very comfortable, bathroom fully equipped and perfectly clean each day. Also well situated, easy access to Rome center, metro and buses,and safe neighbourhood although close to Termini railway station. Nice buffet breakfast with sympathetic service. |

Location near Rome train terminal was convenient for train and metro travel. The breakfast was ample and the room was comfortable. We were given a smoking room having requested a non smoking room. This was quickly remedied by the hotel. Tea and coffee making provided in the room. However the hotel would not provide more than one tea and one coffee serving for two people and charged extra for the milk. There was no ironing facilities to press clothes. Internet and minibar prices were expensive. Staff were not particularly polite or helpful. |

Breakfast was included in the price of the room. Front desk staff were always very helpful, and roms were very comfortable. The dining facilities were not the best. The coffee at breakfast was aweful and needs to be improved. Fresh fruit salad at breakfast would be nice. |

This hotel was gr8 nice helful staff and we got upgraded to a delux suite so all in all a nice clean and with A/C the breakfast was very good as well again vewry good helpful staff. I would recommend it and we plan to rtn and stay heer again. |

We were kindly upgraded to an executive room which was absolutely faboulous!!! Onour second day, there was a lick from the bathroom cieling, and the hotel was very quick in responding to the problem and moved us to another executive room which was even more beautiful! the breakfast was just OK, not faboulous. |

The size of the room was very good. Tea & Coffee facilities were also provided. An ideal hotel for visiting / staying in Rome. Close to the main railway station and a 5 minute walk to the metro. Hotel parking is 30 Euros a night, which can be expensive if staying long term. |

approximately 250 m from Rome Central trainstation, I walked there with my two bags no problem. All other sites are a bit further, so I recommend to take the metro (saves alot of time). I can not say anything about the staff more than they are heaven sent!!! They upgraded me twice from superior room to deluxe room once and the other to a suite for free. Also, they went out of their way to help me out in many instances. I wish it was a bit closer to the duomo |
