The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable. I liked the location close to the station and the metro. I found the drinks and food in the hotel quite expensive. I paid 6 Euro for a double expresso, one sip and it had gone, and I paid 30 Euro for a seabream fillet. |

We liked the location, friendly staff and good breakfasts. Poor selection of non paid TV channels, very expensive internet connection. In a 4 stars hotel in other cities we had free of charge or acceptable price for internet. |

It's hard to believe the hotel is only two short blocks from the train station. The area is quite nice and I felt very safe walking around. The location is excellent for going to the various sites around the city. We never took public transportation and found it quite easy to walk to Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The breakfast has all you could want to start the day. The room are very nice and kept very clean. |

The rooms were very plush in accordance with the steep charges. Even in the upgraded superior room (I think it was the deluxe), there was no bath tub just a shower. We were disappointed with the location as though its near the train station, we did expect it to be not in a very run down street and neighbourhood. We paid Euro230 per night so that would have got us the Ritz in London. It was in the equivalent of King's Cross..... |

I always try to choose this hotel as one of the best in central ome - very convenient location and great up to date rooms. Has become very expensive and it's disappointing that for such a pricy hotel services like internet are not free |

I appreciated the fact that everything we needed was in the room. Even a small tv was in the bathroom which was very convenient. They didn't miss any details. Our stay included breakfast and it was very good and lots of varieties. I was very pleased. Dining at the hotel was pretty expensive so we dine in other restaurants nearby. |

It was very clean and the staff helpful. The location was also good. It did not provide wash cloths. That's a small hand towel to wash your face. They didn't seem to have any?? Maybe a Euro thing. |

The bed was very comfortable room size was just about right. There are tea and coffee making facilities but no milk provided for these facilities offered an inconvenience to the user. Breakfast could be a bit more varied in the morning what about pancakes. |

Extremely friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant for breakfast; every morning an individual greeting with a few nice words, in many languages (IT, EN, ES, FR, sometimes DE, etc). Renato is the best; he definitely deserves a salary increase. Very nice rooms with a refreshing original and high class design.Situation at Termini station allows easy and fast transportation by metro, tram and bus (faster than Taxi) to the most important monuments and shopping streets. Negative? Difficult to find! I really have to reflect. Oh, yes, you had to press hard on the buttons of the elevators. Or maybe some accoustic absorbing materials in the restaurant would lower the general noise level. |

The room was exceptionally clean and staff friendly. Breakfast much more than I expected from a continental breakfast - pastries, bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, cheese, ham, cereals etc. Great choice. A rooftop terrace to have a drink after a long day sightseeing!!!!! |

The room was large and the bed comfortable - we got exactly what we asked for. The air conditining was very effective and given the temperature, we needed it! The window in the room was very small so not much natural day light; the reception were not very good at helping with trips which they did not promote; |
