I particularly like the airport shuttle arrangement as there is no parking onsite
Very disconnected with guests. did not greet at all, seemed like a security facility and not a hotel.
Super location!!! great room.
The stuff in the lobby do not really care what you need, they were like the robots, really mechanics. We have waited almost 20 min. for checkin and there was nobody to help us for luggages at 4 pm. The breakfast was a disaster! There was a huge line at 10am of the morning in the breakfast room and when we entered,we were shocked:It was crowded, nothing good to eat, everything was cold, no cups for the/caffee.. The guests were like zombies who were trying to find sth eat by runnig, all crowded! The air-conditioner did not work in the room and it was extremely hot that you can not sleep! When I called the reception at 11a.m, nobody answered... The bed were moving in the room like old beds..
The location of the hotel
location close to the centre and Santa Maria Maggiore
Excellent hotel, very close to Termini train station with walking distance to main monuments and attractions. The room- spacious, clean and quiet.Modern bathroom with all amenities.Comfortable bed, providing great sleep.Delicious breakfast buffet, good service.Professional staff.Definitely recomended.
Problem with internet connection - it was out of action.
location was the only plus. It is very close to the main train and metro so it was easy to get around
the room didn't match the description. In stead of a queen bed we received two singles and a pullout bed. The bathroom had stains running down the wall and the room was hot and stuffy. Requested the air to be looked into twice.
The was very little that we like about the Starhotels. The location was good and convenient to Ancient Rome sightseeing and the RomaTermini.
Upon arrival we were greeted by very unpleasant staff. The WIFI was almost non-existent. The room was very noisy and small. We had two rooms for four of us and paid alot of money to stay there. I would never recommend this hotel! We stayed at another hotel up the road and were treated with respect and courtesy.
i oder room with breakfest..you straight away take money from my account...but when i booked out...i had to pay about breakfest...i never ever will stay in this hotel..i dont recomend my friends to stay there..sorry..about breakfast i payed more as for hotel room....
Good location to train station and Hop on hop off bus stop is just around the corner. Hotel staff were excellent, breakfast was great with a good choice and excellent coffee.
The area surrounding the hotel is a little run down and did not feel particularly safe at night. There are no attractions within easy walking distance but if you don't mind a long walk, you'll be ok.
Location, room, quality and staff.
The location is very good. Facility there is wonderful. In fact, it is the best hotel we travel in Italy.
Room was very clean & modern, bed was comfortable and bathroom was large with excellent water pressure. WiFi was very slow, but free nonetheless. Location was great for exploring, about a mile from the Coloseum & Spanish Steps. Included breakfast was great!
Nothing really other than the slow WiFi but you can pay extra for faster service. Not really a knock on the hotel, couldn't have asked for a better place for the price!
Location and customer service.
Very convenient to the Termini Train Station.
Shortly after the use of my credit card in the hotel, (the only time used during my stay in Rome)charges in NY and Tokyo started to appear in my card.
Great location and very comfy room
Wi Fi really bad. Couldn't use it at all. Also the double superior twin bed was splitting all the time. Two smaller beds connected but not attached together. Very annoying.
All the staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and we liked the fact there is a variety. Room was clean. The location is great - close to the train station, not far from the main places to visit. Surpisingly quiet.
The fact that i had to.log in every time if i wanted to use the internet. The speed wasn't impressive. For such a hotel this was a bit of dissappointment.
The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Metro, and the main railway station, the Room is nice, and the price was very good, I will visit this hotel whenever I will visit Rome.
internet is very slow.
Location of my room, very noisy in the morning.
If you like fried eggs for breakfast Try 5 euros each!!!! Unbelievable Also the usual matching huge ash Bins at the front door. Is this standard for four star hotels. ???
Bathroom and shower good. Breakfast good
Third bed was a sofa bed. Stunk of old cigarette smoke Walls a bit dirty Mini bar expensive
Uitstekende service, zeer verzorgd hotel, centrale ligging bij Termini station
In tegenstelling wat op de website staat waren de kamers zeker niet geluiddicht
We love Rome.
Very nice hotel - close to Termini Station. Breakfast was very good. Very clean and comfortable rooms. There is parking.
We appreciated the fact that the hotel had parking but it is very expensive.
