Barátságos és gyors pincérek a reggelinél. Azonnali intézkedés hauskeeping takarító személyzet véletlen tévedése alkalmával (hiányzó törülközők pótlása egy telefonra, azonnal).

A szoba kilátása hátsó frontra, egy 8 méterre lévő épületre, annak ablakaira nézett, de ez egész nap várost nézőknek, csak este hazatérőknek nem lényeges. Az utcán éppen folyó egész hetes építkezés (légkalapács) a kora reggeli órákban viszont igen zavaró volt, ez ellen határozottan fel kellett volna lépnie a vendégek védelmében a Hotel vezetésnek. A garázsba leadott autó kulcsai végig a garázsmesternél maradtak, nyilván, hogy a kicsi és szűk garázsban szükség esetén mozgatni tudja az autókat. A kulcs nélkülözése nem jó érzés, bár természetesen hozzá nem nyúltak semmihez, és nagyon készségesek voltak, londinert hívtak a csomagokért, távozáskor gondosan kiálltak előre.

The location of the Hotel is ideal in Rome near the train station and many sightseeings. The staff is welcoming, the room is cosy and modern.

We liked the location, friendly staff and good breakfasts.

Poor selection of non paid TV channels, very expensive internet connection. In a 4 stars hotel in other cities we had free of charge or acceptable price for internet.

The rooms were very plush in accordance with the steep charges.

Even in the upgraded superior room (I think it was the deluxe), there was no bath tub just a shower. We were disappointed with the location as though its near the train station, we did expect it to be not in a very run down street and neighbourhood. We paid Euro230 per night so that would have got us the Ritz in London. It was in the equivalent of King's Cross.....

Reception staff were very good and very helpful.

The rooms nor the hotel could provide an iron only a next day service.

The room was comfortable for 3 people, clean and pleasent.

The brekfast was limited, special order from the kitchen was very expensive.

I appreciated the fact that everything we needed was in the room. Even a small tv was in the bathroom which was very convenient. They didn't miss any details. Our stay included breakfast and it was very good and lots of varieties. I was very pleased.

Dining at the hotel was pretty expensive so we dine in other restaurants nearby.

The bed was very comfortable room size was just about right. There are tea and coffee making facilities but no milk provided for these facilities offered an inconvenience to the user. Breakfast could be a bit more varied in the morning what about pancakes.

Good location. close to Central Train station.The rooms where clean .First they gave us an individual room but later on they changed us to a better double room

It's very comfortatnt to get Termini station.and Room was very simple but comfortable.

staffs' attitude , for getting onething, you have to say several times. and not friendly.
