Excellent position of the hotel.Nice, freandly reception staff. Very good hotel restaurant. Also we received perfect recommendations for restaurants in the neiborhood. Our staying (5 nights) was excelent! Thank you. Room maids are not the best. They can easely leave the dust on the shelfs or forget to wash up glasses in the bar. All the rest was good. |

Staff made you feel welcomed! Not really - sleep sofa could use one of those slabs that you put under the mattress for better support. |

delightful smile of lady who greeted us at breakfast each morning and make up of room daily surprisingly there was no milk supplied to room with coffee/tea facilities, when asked reception was bluntly told by male "no milk supplied to room" and his back was turned on us. there was also no folder in room with information on how everything worked in room - tv info only advised on restaurant and bar open times - this was a disappointment |

Excellent location, frendly staff, near Termini station (train, metro,bus), nice restaurants nearby, all the main sights of Rome within walking distance (the Vatican City easy to reach by metro ), near via Nazionale for shopping.... |

The reception Manager was great. Bathroom lovely. Breakfast really nice and fresh apart from water for tea and coffee not hot enough. Complimentry coffee/tea, no milk, asked for some milk charge 4 euros for a very small glass. Issue is principle - staff had some attitude. Wanted a drink at the bar - ordered a glass of wine and a beer, v expensive and bar man put a small drop of wine in my glass, definately not a glass of wine. Waited a while to get served, bar man not interested-no wonder no other guests at bar. Rooms basic. |
