The room is quite big compare with other four star hotels in Europe. The facility in the bathroom is quite good, they even provide the soft slipper which impressed me deeply. The location is very close to the railway station and subway, a good start of the city sightseeing.

The room can only be available until 14:00p.m. in the afternoon.

The room is clean, quite and near the train station

I wait at least 10 mins when i was check in. There is only one person in front of the desk... The others were chating inside...

The Starhotel Metropole is very conveniently located right by Termini, although at a safe distance from the most disturbing areas surrounding the station. It is surprising good and spotlessly clean -- very close to a 5 star rating and certainly better than 5 stars in many countries.

My only criticism is that the coffee and water for tea was luke warm at best for the early breakfast guests.

Front desk people very good. All staff were very couteous. Room was excellent.

The staff were great, very helpful & we were even upgraded to an executive suite when there was a problem with the heating in our room. The breakfast was great, full hot and cold buffet. We traveled with our 22 month old daughter and were very comfortable with the hotel & the location was perfect, within walking distance to all major attractions. Would stay again, wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere!

Nice hotel, good breakfast. Very close to Termini staition but on quiet street. Easy to be found and good for travellers for one or two nights.

Quite far from main attractions, old furniture

The hotel has new renovated rooms, the bathroom was clean and has a towel heater. The bed is good with extra pillows. The hotel is in walking distance from termini train station , you can catch a shuttle bus from the airport for 8 euro / person and walk to the hotel. Breakfast is standard continental.

If you're driving, the hotel provides basement parking with a fee. Another option is to park outside in the street. TV is not flat screen , internet is available with a fee.

The manager who checked us out did try to rescue the situation and was very pleasant, but after the room and other things, it was too late for us to stay.

We left after one night rather than stay all four. There where lights out in the room, the remote didnt work, and the staff at check in was unpleasant, to name a few things.

Near Train station and sight seeing, Clean and friendly Hotel stuff.

Some noises and the Air con was turned off.

Room was ready when we arrived, & was exactly what we had reserved. Generous and delicious breakfast was included.

Our room (and in fact the entire floor) was much too warm when we arrived. When we notified the fron desk, a person was sent to our room, but he said there was nothing he could do and we would just have to open a window. By the 3rd day the temperature was satisfactory.

Nice, comfortable, very clean, excellent breakfast, well located if arriving by train to Termini station

That there is no shuttle service to the Fiumicino airport running from the hotel (as some hotels do offer)

Hotel was central. Staff were friendly & helpful.

No air conditioning during our stay. They said it was turned off for the winter. Bedrooms were too warm unless you had a room with an external window. Luckily they gave us a different room otherwise we would not have been able to stay there.
