The room is quite big compare with other four star hotels in Europe. The facility in the bathroom is quite good, they even provide the soft slipper which impressed me deeply. The location is very close to the railway station and subway, a good start of the city sightseeing. The room can only be available until 14:00p.m. in the afternoon. |

从中央车站步行到酒店大约5分钟。去各景点的旅游巴站就在附近。所在区域酒店很集中，第一次去时要仔细找才- 能发现门口。酒店很干净，设备齐全，有豪华感。早餐的自助餐在欧洲来说算很好。周围各种档次的意大利餐馆很- 多，总体来讲很方便。 没有提供免费上网。房间没有提供饮料水，而当地的水质较硬，自来水烧开后壶底留有一层白色的水垢，不敢喝。- 用带去的茶叶泡出的绿茶也怪怪的，有一层泡沫浮在上面。 |

Check-in was not so comfortable. We changed room 3 times as resever room (triple room) was not avaliable. But eventually we've got suit for the same prise. Thanks to hotel management & service personal. |

The location of the Hotel is ideal in Rome near the train station and many sightseeings. The staff is welcoming, the room is cosy and modern. |

The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable. I liked the location close to the station and the metro. I found the drinks and food in the hotel quite expensive. I paid 6 Euro for a double expresso, one sip and it had gone, and I paid 30 Euro for a seabream fillet. |

We liked the location, friendly staff and good breakfasts. Poor selection of non paid TV channels, very expensive internet connection. In a 4 stars hotel in other cities we had free of charge or acceptable price for internet. |

It's hard to believe the hotel is only two short blocks from the train station. The area is quite nice and I felt very safe walking around. The location is excellent for going to the various sites around the city. We never took public transportation and found it quite easy to walk to Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The breakfast has all you could want to start the day. The room are very nice and kept very clean. |

The rooms were very plush in accordance with the steep charges. Even in the upgraded superior room (I think it was the deluxe), there was no bath tub just a shower. We were disappointed with the location as though its near the train station, we did expect it to be not in a very run down street and neighbourhood. We paid Euro230 per night so that would have got us the Ritz in London. It was in the equivalent of King's Cross..... |

I always try to choose this hotel as one of the best in central ome - very convenient location and great up to date rooms. Has become very expensive and it's disappointing that for such a pricy hotel services like internet are not free |
