The sahuttle bus was great although it didnt wait around at all, you have to be there right on time! The room comfort was great. Location was not the best, it is quite a fair way out from the main city and in a run down area. No shops close by to buy drink or food. Comments about "green area" are deceiving and there is no real gardens at all. |

I was very disappointed with the level of service provided. Unfriendly employees, none of them was willing to help, facilities needed maintenance. It seemed to me more like 3 stars hotel which had diluted the image of Hilton brand corporation. |

The Shuttle Service that the Hotel Provides to Downtown Florence is invaluable, what a way to make what otherwise would be a pure Busriness hotel due to its position into a great city hotel with all the advantages of being in a non-urban area. The rooms and service provided by the hotel are also of a very high standard , cannot fault here. 18 Euro's to uise the Spa |

Nice big rooms with big bathroom, parking area in the hotel. Breakfast was very poor, they should cleaning better the rooms and the common use areas. The area of the hotel is bad and also far away from the city of Florence the car is a necessity. |

The complimentary shuttle bus,is a first class service.This Hotel is a must when travelling to Florence by car,(free parking around the Hotel in a protected area). Expensive Internet 4 Euro's per hour.Rooms should have thicker curtains to make sleeping easier and better.Beakfast must be richer to meet other Hilton's standards. |

We were there for a two day congress with 400 restaurateurs. Last time we stayed at Kempinski Dresden. Maybe comparing pears and apples, but comfort in general was way less... The extra day I booked for all of us was fair price/quality. |

Cordialità, hotel efficente e completo di ogni confort. L'accesso alla piscina è a fronte di un extra da pagare. Dovrebbe essere compreso. La piscina è molto carina ma piccolina. |
