The complimentary shuttle bus,is a first class service.This Hotel is a must when travelling to Florence by car,(free parking around the Hotel in a protected area). Expensive Internet 4 Euro's per hour.Rooms should have thicker curtains to make sleeping easier and better.Beakfast must be richer to meet other Hilton's standards. |

We were there for a two day congress with 400 restaurateurs. Last time we stayed at Kempinski Dresden. Maybe comparing pears and apples, but comfort in general was way less... The extra day I booked for all of us was fair price/quality. |

Nice room and very helpfull staff on the front desk. Restaurant was overpriced and probably why it was empty.Had to pay extra to use the pool and only open 1pm to 9pm |

Perfekt ist der Shuttleservice vom Hotel in das Stadtzentrum von Florenz organisiert. (Man kann das Auto stehen lassen). Das Hotel ist einige Kilometer auserhalb von Florenz. Die Standardzimmer sind klein aber sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Preise für Getränke sind unverschämt teuer. Bier 0,5lt 12,--Euro. Das Frühstück ist Standard (Für ein Hilton zu wenig) |

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Goede kennis Engelse taal. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid, lekker en vers (verschillende soorten verse fruitsalade, vers appelsiensap). Moderne kamer met design-look. Het welnessgedeelte omvat een fitness en een jacuzzi, geen zwembad dus. |

La atencion del personal del hotel es excelente. Siempre dispuestos a aconsejar y recomendar sitios y atracciones a realizar. El servicio de transporte hacia el centro de la ciudad es muy practico, sobre todo en una ciudad como Florencia en donde el acceso con el auto es dificil. El desayuno tambien es muy bueno. Si bien el transporte es practico, deberian tener mas horarios disponibles para los huespedes, sobre todo a la noche. El ultimo bus de regreso al hotel desde la ciudad es a las 20:30, siendo un poco temprano sobretodo para poder cenar tranquilos en el centro. |

Hotel situé en dehors de la ville et facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Espace forme sympa. Accès à l'espace forme payant. Restauration au bar (si après 21 heures) de très mauvaise qualité. Propreté des chambres qui laisse à désirer. |

L'Hotel etait dans l'emsemble tres bien- mais pour un 4 etoiles! Chauffage dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas, "le lit double" etait 2 lits qui ont bouge dans la nuit, Salle de bain- debordement de la douche, les ascenseurs sans raison |

la pulizia e la comodità della camera e delle strutture, la navetta gratuita dell'hotel la colazione non inclusa; il servizio navetta la notte di capodanno non ha funzionato al meglio... ci hanno indicato il pullman sbagliato (che portava ad 1 altro hilton) e inoltre abbiamo atteso per più di 1 ora l'altra navetta per tornare in hotel insieme anche ad altre persone che hanno avuto lo stesso problema, poichè la navetta era partita mezz ora prima dell'ora indicata lasciandoci al freddo |
