This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are nice and brand new which is the only good thing I can say. The aircon is constantly on full. It is so cold that it feels like you are walking into a freezer!! The breakfast is also poor. It was a disgrace that such a poor breakfast would be served up in a 4* hotel. Moldy croissants and bread rolls that you could smash windows with. We asked for a info on the best and quickest way to get to the airport. The way we were told took us 2 hours, not the 50 mins we were informed of by the hotel receptionist. This hotel offers no comfort - do not disturb signs on the door mean what they say. Cleaners ignore these and walked in on us on several occasions at 9.30am! Avoid this hotel

Everything including the room looked exactly as depicted on the pictures. The brand new hotel is situated in a calm block but very close to the main touristic attractions: 10 min. to walk to the Vatican CIty or to Piazza Cavour, just a few steps away from the underground station, etc. The personnel was friendly and recommended me a few good restaurants.

The room was quite noisy when people from the room above were using the bathroom or the toilet. The WiFi connection was working perfectly in the lobby but sadly not in my room (some other clients had the same problem). The breakfast was fine but didn't vary enough for my taste.

The hotel was opening the day that i arrived. The design is perfect the service great..One of the best hotel i have ever been

La suite que nous avons prise était formidable. Le jaccuzi : parfait, la salle de bain : idem. Le design de la chambre est sobre et épuré. Je recommande cet hôtel. Le personnel est courtois et à l'écoute de toutes les demandes.

Le petit déjeuner est un peu limité, mais très correct.

Un hotel a 4 stelle fantastico! Sorge in un'affascinante edificio dei primi del '900, accuratamente ristrutturato con camere dal design raffinato e molto curate nei dettagli. Zona tranquilla, ma vicinissima al centro, l'ideale per visitare la città e fare shopping.

petit déjeuner type "étap hotel"décevant pour un 4 étoiles! pas de parking! personnel trés bruyant pour le service!chambre coté rue a éviter si vous souhaitez dormir le matin!

La habitacion me sorprendio , era comoda y amplia. El baño era perfecto y con una gran ducha. Personal muy correcto y serviciales , siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Bien comunicado tanto por metro como por autobus y de 20 - 30 minutos andando del veticano y la Plaza del poppolo. Desayuno correcto , poco variado pero lo suficiente para quedarse bien. En resumen Perfecto ... repetire.

Líbila se mi poloha umístěného hotelu, nedaleko stanice metra, lehká dostupnost pěšky.

Toho času jsem nemohla využít pohled z okna, neboť bylo kryto plachtou a přistaveným lešením.

la deco est vraiment jolie, les lits sont superbes et les salles de bains c'est un vrai merveille - pas envie de sortir de la douche!

La experiencia fue muy buena. El personal del hotel fue amable y nos ayudó con todo los que les solicitamos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente,

Tuvimos la suerte de estrenarlo, nos encanto todo, las habitaciones, el personal.

Con respecto al desayuno, nos gusto todo, los cafes, capuchinos y los croasanes buenísimos. Aunque el bufet tenía variedad, encontramos que para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas era un poco pobre, pero suponemos que era por ser su primera semana y que con el tiempo iran mejorando.
