New Hotel with a good breakfast and nice interior. Clean and Proper but runned on the Italian way. We booked an execitive room with a hydro massage bath and a sbhower with Light therapy, which wasnt on our room. 4 days complaining and inclarirty resulted finally in a discount, but wasnt the way we expected before our booking. The manager of the hotel was not reachable these day.... Fortunately we could laugh about this while actually this was a shame

I love the hotel and spacious single room which included a double bed. Workspace desk was great. The breakfast was fantastic. Best quality that I found while staying t different hotels in Europe. The meal was included in the price of your room. The first night I went down for a glass of wine the bartender offered me chips to take back to my room to have with my wine. During my stay I found that the hotel staff had entered my room when I left for 2 hours of shopping. The cleaning lady didn't enter my room until I returned. One should always pay attention to their surroundings, and no one should enter your room other than to clean it. When I questioned the Hotel receptionist on November 22, 2011, she pretended not to understand English very well when I confronted her as to why someone would enter my room other than to clean it. Before leaving the hotel I had a detail conversation with her about airport shuttles and the internet. She stated that they have the right to remove glasses from the room. I could also tell that the trash was gone thru in my room. I felt like my privacy was envaded and wondered if cameras where hidden in my room. I also found it interesting that both male/female receptionist can quote a person two different amount for a ride to the airport. Instead of paying 50 to 55 euros that the hotel quoted. I called airportshuttle.it and paid only 25 euros. By the way Each additional person pay only 6 euros each.

Only 1 person at the reception was helpful and friendly. 1 was very rude and the others were so so. Based on that alone, I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. The man at the restaurant very friendly

Very nice hotel. Although the hotel is on a fairly busy street, the rooom was not noisy at all and frankly, there is no place in Rome that is not busy or noisy. The hotel is on a corner literally one block from the Lepanto metro station (which is about 6 stops from the Rom train station) and approx 15-20 minute walk to any historical site, church or fountain that you would want to see. The Vatican is about a 15 minute walk and the other important piazza's are all accessible by metro if you don't want to walk. The room is not large, but its very clean, it has a desk and chair, a good size bed, free internet access, a comfortable bathroom and the breakfast is very good with good service. I found the staff to be very helpful, accomodating and nice. There are good restaurants nearby and the area is not crowded or full of tourists. No complaints. My first room seemed to have a bug problem, but as soon as I called the front desk, they immediately changed my room and sent someone to help me with my luggage, so it was a minor problem that was quickly resolved.

Nice, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. No laundry service for underwear and socks. No laundry service over the weekend. Poor or wrong indications received from reception staff about locations for: - gym (there is one in the same street though) - outside laundry/dry cleaning - theater (we booked a show but were sent to the wrong place) - bakery shop near the hotel

Loved the minimalist boutique new feel to the hotel. Some staff were lovely but the receptionist was a wee bit frosty but still helpful. A smile goes a very long way. Shower facilities excellent and modern. There was no hot food in the restaurant and the bar was tiny..

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices and the free Wi-Fi was easy to use. The hotel was 1 block away from the metro station (Lepanto) and 2 stops away from the Spanish Steps (Spagna). The bed was way too hard for my taste but that seems to be the way in Europe in general.

The location of this Hotel is good- 20 minutes to the history centre and 10 minutes to the street of boutiques; The breakfast is normal for the continental type. Staff speak English a little bit; The design of the reception is fair( it's little and uncomfortable).

The hotel is very conveniently located near Lepanto station, which gave us easy access to many of our destinations. The rooms are nice but not particularly spacious. Breakfast buffet was of fair value and breakfast staff were very helpful. Our rooms were close to the main road, so it could be noisy from time to time even at night. The wifi provided had problems during our stay so we had to use the wifi in the reception room. Our maid didn't clean the room very well, but most of the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a very good location, in a walking distance to the Vatican City and only two metro stops from Spagna (Metro station Lepanto just a stone's throw away). The neighborhood was quiet and safe, away from the tourist hordes. The rooms were modern, nicely decorated and clean. Staff was very friendly, always smiling and willing to help. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were a bit small and the soundproofing was poor so sometimes you could hear noise from the corridors. Breakfast was just basic and I expected something better for this price to be honest. Regarding the internet, you could connect only one device each time to the room, so if you have E.g a smartphone and a laptop, you need to log out first from one device and log in to the other. This is something minor though.

Staff were very helpful-printing off tour vouchers and boarding passes and generally welcoming-there was free wifi in the room-filling breakfast which catered for a wide range of needs-gorgeous room, nicely designed, modern inside but old feel outside-nice toiletries- hot tub. Metro very close (at the moment it shuts at 9 P.M. so we got the metro to the furthest attraction and then walked back up eating along the way!) The distance from the centre didn't bother us as we loved wandering about and through my iphone found a great restaurant just down the road but some may think it is too far. It was about 10 minutes to the Vatican and 10 minutes to the Piazza del Popolo but other attractions are further.

The room was very clean and cosy, the hotel stuff was very polite and attentive, there was no much choice for breakfast, but the food was nice. The room was a bit too small, for a solo traveler like me it was ok, but for a couple it might be too little space. There is no normal curtain in the bathroom and that was a real disaster for me.

The hotel is beautiful and modern. The staff were very nice and helped us find places for dinner and the sites. We traveled during the week and to our surprise, after breakfast we walked behind the hotel and found wonderful clothes and food markets! We wish we would have known about this so we could have bought fresh fruit to nibble on. The restaurant staff was splendid! Very professional and helpful. Good food. Good location for shopping! The beds were a little bit hard. I have lived in Europe for years, so I realize that you cannot have all the comforts of an American 4 Star hotel.

Excellent room service, kitchen and porter staff; they were always willing to help and had a smile on their face while doing so. Good location with lots of services close by, metro and large supermarket were a 5 minutes walk. Good breakfast with a large choice. We stayed in a suite so to have the use of another room while our child slept, the carpets were vacuumed clean but I doubt very much if they were ever deep cleaned. Our childs socks were black with dirt within 2 minutes of walking around the room, there was dirt under the bed. Not happy at all. Some receptionists had a face like they didnt want to be there!

Staff were very very friendly and efficient. I understand the hotel is new, so everything looks clean and crisp. Breakfast was good for Continental standards. In the lobby, they provide 2 large sofa beds for the comfort of early arrivals waiting to be checked in or for guests who have evening flights! The hotel is located in a leafy street in a quiet residential area on the other side of the river, that is, off the tourist track. This is a minus, but at the same time it means you are out of the hustle and bustle of Rome's Centro Storico. The area is well served by public transport, including the Metro (Red Line, Lepanto Station, one block away) which takes you directly to the Spanish Steps and the Central Railway Station. Turning left out of the hotel into Via Giuseppe Ferrari, we found a good Trattoria, catering for locals, where we had good food at reasonable prices.
