Location, good breakfast, nice design of rooms. Quite rooms faced to the backyard.
Very small room, strange bathroom door, made of glass, and therefore bad sound insulation between room and bathroom. Small bad in double room.
Hospitality of the staffs Cleaness of the hotel Convenient to central town Reasonable prices
the staff are cheerful and helpful
the internet the room was so hot from the AC because it only worked as a heater and we had to open the window for fresh air
very knowledgable staff. Clean rooms.
Small rooms. Poor wifi.
Confortable place near metro station Lepanto.
Room was a little too hot and was not possible to adjust temperature. WiFi connection need improvement: it's too slow!
the noise in bathroom. The breakfast. the dinner
Excellent location, fabulous breakfast, great staff, excellent room comfort and cleanliness
The slop from front desk to elevator specially when it's wet. A carpet runner will be a safe feature.
Staff, location, breakfast and room were all excellent. The hotel provides you with all you need during your exploration of Rome. If you're looking for fluff, this is not the hotel for you. Staff were extra helpful in printing out e-tickets that we have purchased to go to the different museums. And also, purchase ROMAPASS during your visit and take advantage of the nearby metro, bus and tram stations. This hotel is center to everything and a short walk away from the Vatican.
Lack of toiletries. Standard should include slippers, hair conditioner and dental kit.
Close to metro station, clean, quite, friendly staff.
The room small but this was not a problem for us. Also, had a llittle problem, some smell from bathroom pipes (bathroom door could not assure the isolation)
Good location in a nice area, walking distance to most of the sight scenes.
Room is a bit small
The hotel staff were great and very helpful. We were able to have tasty, delicious meals in the hotel, which meant that after a long day of sight-seeing we did not need to leave the hotel once more. The location is the hotel is easily accessible to all the sights of Rome and within a stone's throw from Lepanto Metro station. Our room was cleaned every day and the room itself was everything you could need when on holiday.
The bed v comfortable The toiletries were all great The breakfast v good
Location near Vatican and metro station and tram/bus stop Very good breakfast Helpful staff Good coffee during breakfast Room cleaned each day Good quality of cosmetics available in the bathroom
Tea/coffee equipment not available in the room...it's really a pity. Poor quality of the tea sometimes (one day it was Twinings and other it tasted and looked like the cheapest one
Quiet room at the back Good wifi Large bathroom
Poor breakfast Poor restaurant Tiny room
Rooms are very nice, stylish, modern and clean - I loved the decor. Staff is friendly and speaks good English, very easy to communicate. The location is great, in a quiet part of Prati, but close to Lepanto subway station, which connects to Spagna, Termini etc. within a few minutes. Also within walking distance to the Vatican (15mins or so).
Only one thing: WiFi connection was awful, slow and unreliable; I could live without internet for a few days on this trip, but if you need to do actual work and need to be online, WiFi here will not suffice. I hear it's not unusual for Rome, though, and I also had a corner room at the end of the hallway - it might be better in other rooms
- location, - friendly staff, - breakfast (compared to typical Italian breakfast)
- wifi (some problems to connect)
Good location, 10minute walk from St Peters and Plazza Di Poppolo. Good bed
Staff barely spoke English, wifi was disconnecting itself every few minutes, breakfast was not good
the staff was wonderful-Linda in particular -at the front desk! breakfast was fabulous but we couldn't enjoy it as we going to a papal audience and left at 7am.
they upgraded us to a suite, which was beautiful.the only problem was that it was a corner room at the intersection of 2 streets and all night the traffic kept us awake1 that is the reason for the review downgrade. If we were staying more than 1 night,I would have insisted on a room change.
>Just outside the tourist area in walking distance to Vatican and other tourist hot spot. >Very clean and modern style hotel in a histioric building. >All the personnel very helpfull and friendly. >Excellent breakfast buffet.
The wifi is to slow.
Very professional and cooperative Staff Location is excellent Cleanliness is Excellent Recommended for all my friends and relatives Sherif Banna Cairo Egypt
Modern nice hotel close to Lepanto metro station. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and was good. Free wifi although a bot slow.
We went their for our honeymoon.I specifically wrote a note when I booked this hotel that we will be arriving a bit earlier than 2pm which was the check in time. After 11 hours of travelling we arrived at the hotel at 12:30 only to be told that our room was not ready and we had to wait till 2pm! Note that check out time is 11am at this hotel (instead of 12) so that room was empty from 11am and was still not ready despite letting them know in advance. This was very unprofessional. TV was small. Water did not go down the drain properly in the bathroom. Room service was expensive. We ordered two coffees and had to pay 8 euros.
Great Location Helpful staff Clean modern rooms Good breakfast loved our Rome experience and would return to the Metropolis hotel.
Coming home !
Cleanliness very good and staff very polite.
Mattress is too hard: but this seems to be the standard for hotels.
