Good location

Situation: Off-center but close to Lepanto metro station, 2 stops away from both the Vatican and the boutique area around Trinita dei Monti. Tram to Villa Julia and bus to historic center in front of the door. Many more buses at nearby Lepanto and Giulio Cesare, including 3 night buses, which avoids long nightly walks. The ATAC service functions well once you learned to move around with city buses. Excellent breakfast with efficient service. Modern design with good level of comfort.

A bit expensive at €194, plus €6 city tax, per night. Prices seem to vary a lot according to season or day. We stayed for a week around first of May, a very busy period. I presume it is possible to get a better price at other times. At this price we had expected a somewhat larger (bath)room.

Excellent design of the room

Modern, well-appointed room with superb shower. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Good public transport connections in less 'touristy' part of city, but close to Vatican.

Both our computers showed warning about using our internet connection....no reassurance from staff.

The hotel is nice, clean. The restaurant has a Russian-speaking girl Anya. She is cliver girl. Very nimble and friendly. The hotel was very lucky that it works for them. We loved the restaurant next to the hotel. Called Velavevodetto ai Quiriti , they are very tasty cooked meats.

I liked the location and the general condition of the hotel. Well designed (decor) and clean. The dining room staff and maids were super.

1) front desk staff was unfriendly and short. 2) the room amenities were lacking for a 4 star hotel.

The Hotel is clean and installation works perfect. It is an important note because this is a common problem in many hotels including some 5 stars hotels. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was simple but suffice. Actually I cannot find something that I would recommend to improve. Staying in the hotel definitely a pleasant experience. In brief summery - the hotel deserved 4 stars and the ratio cost to quality is excellent . I got more then expected.

Beautiful chic hotel very modern & clean .

It's at least a 25 min walk to the Vatican . There is a tram outside the hotel which brings you within a 2/3 minute walk of the Vatican or a metro from Lepanto which is only a couple of minutes walk brings you close also.

- very friendly staff, especially at the reception - we booked a 3 bed dorm and expected a "normal" 2 bed dorm, stuffed with an additional bed - it wasn´t! we got an spacious room for 3 people with a lovely bathroom - breakfast was quite good- especially the cappuccino! - location! 10-15 min walk to castel sant angelo and the vatican or another 10-15 min to piazza del popolo and via del corso (main shopping street) - dinner in the hotel restaurant is also affordable - windows are very well isolated so there was no noise from the street outside - located next to metro "Lepanto" - direct connection to "Stazione Termini" - luggage storage for free - both before check in as well as after check out

- it didn´t botherd me at all but i can image it will bother some people: the bathroom had intentionally no locker. that is ok, when your family or friends and you know usually when somebody is using the bathroom

Excellent location, nice building with beautiful design.

Bathroom is already deteriorating very fast. Bad smell, extract van not working despite filing a complaint.

The hotel was really nice, rooms very clean, with no outside noise at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good.

Rooms are verry small.

Elegant design. Privacy and quietness. Staff at reception and at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. Room was slightly small, but had all the facilities needed for a 4 night stay. The hotel was best value for money of all our many visits to Rome.

Not able to find an English language TV channel. But no great inconvenience.
