The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. The ceiling fan was a welcome addition. Breakfast was in a square round the corner, coffee and a pastry by means of a voucher. Lovely.

The only small issues were the water pressure in the shower, which was poor (although it took a long time to drain away, so any faster and it may have been more of a problem) and the wifi which only worked if I actually held my ipad to the bedroom door. No reception any where else in the room. Small things. Would we use the hotel again? Yes!

The price, the proximity to the old city, the morning coffee and croissant, the friendly staff, the rooms were surprisingly quiet considering all the activity on the street at night.

I wish more establishments would have at least a news channel in English like bbc World, cnn or Euronews. For older travelers or those with a disability, there is no elevator lift to the hotel level. This might be an issue.

It's in a dodgy area, we had to choose several rooms as most of the rooms smell bad and some smell from smoke. It's tiny, the bed is dirty.

The hotel is simple but good. It is an appartment in the second floor... so, yes, don't panic, the hotel is there, just walk up the stairs ;) Very friendly staff. It feels absolutely safe. I had a room with a microscopic balcony. cute. The street is sometimes loud but the windows are great. In the hotel you can hear everything... which does not disturb me, but you should know. Breakfast, well... you get a ticket for a croissant and a cappuccino in a bar around the corner. I liked that a lot, because you dont have to sit in a badly lit hotel-cafeteria, avoiding the stares of other guests, but you get pushed right into the streetlife of Napoli. I shall return. Soon!

Great location, in the old city centre. Very close to Spaccanapoli and famous pizzerias. Although centrally located, not loud. Staff very nice. Good value for money.

This is in a building with three stories, on the second floor. Regular people live on the first and third floor and we had some issues with water leaking from the ceiling. However it was fixed imediately. It was just another funny thing from Napoli to remember.

Good central location in old part of the city near churches, museums etc and quirky shops.Friendly very helpful staff, very reasonably priced - excellent for a couple of nights stay, basic but very clean and tidy.

Street entrance looked a bit grim and it is up 2 flights os stairs but don't be put off inside was fine.

This was a lovely, small hotel. We ended up staying in 2 different rooms and both were great. The corner room was our favorite as it's really large and bright. The location is perfect: right in the center and close to all the sites and amazing restaurants. There is much to see in every direction. It's an easy walk to the Archaeology museum and the street the hotel is on is lined with shops making or selling musical instruments. Interesting to window shop! From other reviews I had the sense that there would be something about the building exterior or street that could be sketchy but that wasn't the case. The hotel was spotless with great service. We also enjoyed having the breakfast vouchers to the local bar. This was our first stop in a 2 week trip to Italy and we enjoyed having breakfast with locals - standing up at the bar.

Nothing, everything was great

The hotel located perfectly. Just in the middle of everything. Vincent, the manager was extremely helful and nice. Rooms are clean and nice too. We enjoyed our stay at Napoli.

Great location and cheap

The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in Centro Storico, within walking range of Molo Beverello ferry port, via Toledo, the archeological museum and Garibaldi station (for Pompei and Herculaneum). The R2 bus is an easier option if the walk is too long for you. Vincent, the owner, is extremely helpful and speaks very good English and is on the location from 8.00 am. to 8.00 pm He can be contacted by landline after hours. His directions for getting from the ferry port were precise and he arranged an early morning taxi to the airport. An outstanding location for a lower cost holiday in Naples.

Breakfast is by a voucher for coffee and cake at a nearby cafe (although we found this a nice touch). The only fridge is common to all rooms so you have to rely on the honesty of other guests.

расположение близко ко всем достопримечательностям, относительно свежий ремонт, в комнате чисто, номер не маленький , на рецепшене очень приятный мужчина - во всем помогает, завтрак рядом в кафе ( очень вкусный круасан и кофе на выбор)

ужасная душевая кабина (очень маленькая и грязная) мыться было не приятно и если вы крупных размеров то не сможете в ней повернуться , сначала дали номер 44, над кроватью находится газовая колонка , запрятанная в зеркальный шкафчик , но на утро поменяли номер на 45 , очень хороший с 2- я балконами , так что в 44 номер ни в коем случае ( колонка рычит как трактор)

La ubicación es buena a pesar que nos costó encontrarlo, pero en Nápoles es difícil encontrar cualquier calle! El desayuno era en un bar muy tipico a la vuelta del hotel. Vicenzo el dueño muy dispuesto y cordial!

Poca información sobre la ciudad disponible. Ruidosa la habitación que dá a la calle... Hay que cerrar bien todo. El hotel no da a ninguna plaza, ni tiene vista ni nada. La habitación externa da a una pequeña calle.

Superfreundlicher Rezeptionist, der jede Bitte prompt erledigt hat. Schön ausgestattete Zimmer, für neapolitanische Verhältnisse ziemlich ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Frühstück gibt es in einem Café in der Nähe (wie in Italien üblich ein süßes Hörnchen und ein Kaffee).

Die Duschköpfe waren ziemlich verkalkt und W-LAN lief nicht stabil, weil das Zimmer relativ weit weg vom Router gelegen war. Der Betreiber will aber einen Extender anschaffen, um dieses Problem zu beheben.
