Location location, location... Hotel is just 5min walk from Piazza Garibaldi, which means you can be in your hotel bed 30min after landing in Naples.

Where to start? Being single female traveller, I felt quite dismissed by the guy checking me in. 1st room I was given was nice (obviously recently renovated), but when I asked for back facing room (hotel faces quite busy street), I got run down room, with plaster peeling off in the shower, mismatched tiles and plastic sink. I also asked to possibly check out later than advertised 12 noon and was asked to pay for full night. No, thank you. In addition to rooms being really spartan, depressing and SMELLY, hotel has problem with bugs. I have 2 photos of bugs happily sitting in shower basin. Breakfast is a disgrace, I went at 9.30 and found 3 squashed, stale croissants, no caffe or hot water, couple of yoghurts, few cheap jams and cookies, carrot juice was fizzy (fermenting) and no staff around. Receptionist came over to assist me and had to warm up water in microwave as coffee machine was not working. I know that breakfast was included, but come on!

i don't like anything except the location of the hotel it was good to have just 7 minute walking from the napoli centrale station to the hotel

the furniture is quite bad so you feel your self in a hostel not in a hotel then the breakfast which they called as a breakfast was nothing except of some biscuit and you can have some tea or cofee but !!! the problem was that all the plates and the cups was really dirty like you can see it i can't belive even they have plastic spone which was dirty as well i didn;t belive them actually , is kind that they don;t through away the plastic spone so they keep saving them and using them again and they don't even clean them then i came just one hour later from my check in and in that hour they try it to charge me expecting that i'm not coming wooow like just one hour later they already charge me the smell also are really bad i guess because they don;t care about cleaning so much i'll not judge them so hard if it was an hostel but i booked a hotel i expect even if the stuff was clean

The bed that I was sleeping in was a double bed and it was two singles pushed together that we're completely different heights so a very lopsided sleep. The hotel is located in a rough area of Napoli and one of our group was mugged at knife point by a man on a scooter, Napoli is not a safe area and the hotel staff did not speak enough English to understand when we were asking to use the phone to cancel bank cards etc. They did however call the police and the police were able to assist us. The breakfast was also extremely poor.

It was close to the main railway station.

The room was very unfriendly, it was too big and had few furnitures. It was very noisy, the window opened to a busy street. There were hair on the floor and in the shower. The showerhead was fixed on the wall, so it was hard to get wet. The hairdryer was caputt. The breakfast was very poor, it included only sweets.
