MH Design Hotel  

Excellent location!

Although this is marketed as a design hotel, a lot of the furnishings look tired and out of date. We had serious problems with our wireless internet- it didn't work for our entire 5 night stay despite repeated reassurances that it would work the following day. The shower looked great but the temperature control was poor as was the water distribution- it came down in a massive spurt which was like having an uncomfortable massage. Breakfast was occasionally chaotic with only 1 man running the breakfast room. Some guests were obviously frustrated by the lack of clean tables and the fact the food sometimes ran out. It was also quite far away from the nearest metro station- about a 15 minute walk which wasn't convenient particularly at night.

Very accomodating staff nat reception. The location for the city of Napoli was excellent and in a good area of the city. My first impression of the room was extremely positive. I do like to stay in good hotels and this ranks as far as I'm concerned as a modern, clean and comfortable experience. I plan another visit for longer in Autumn

I'm very fussy about what constitutes a good nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable but I found the pillows very firm. Maybe a firm and softer option might be a good idea

all just great. very nice and helpful staff. we felt like we are most welcome and they did everything to make us feel at home. we did!

I found the breakfast buffet excellent & staff in the cafe very friendly and chatty. The room was very good value for money, clean & comfortable and also very quiet considering the hotel's location.The bed was super comfortable as well.

There was a limited selection of tea sachets & some of them were opened but unused which didnt seem very hygienic. Also there were no sachets for coffee at all. Front desk staff were a little offhand & not quite as friendly as the breakfast staff.

La gentilezza dello staff e naturalmente la posizione, davvero al centro della migliore napoli.

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, la tv non funzionava e una lampada. Ma non hanno inciso sul soggiorno.

Un hôtel très bien placé... Les chambres sont corrects et la laiterie est excellente... Bien que dans une rue passante l'insonorisation est parfaite... Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent et le personnel agréable.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleur.

Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, la posizione 'strategica' per visitare la città e per muoversi anche a piedi senza avere l'onere di mezzi di trasporto.

Non è spiegato con chiarezza, dai dati presenti sul sito, che la camera prenotata era interna , molto piccola, e che non avrebbe avuto un 'affaccio' su strada. Andrebbe indicata con maggiore chiarezza la logistica, lasciando la possibilità, da subito, di scegliere una stanza migliore, anche pagandola di più. Tuttavia va riconosciuto allo staff la sollecitudine nel trovare una soluzione. Abbiamo potuto fortunatamente cambiare stanza pagando un'integrazione.

La posizione è ottima per visitare e godersi la città. L'hotel è essenziale, ma confortevole e il personale è molto disponibile.
