Great location in the centre of Napoli. The historic centre as well as the main shopping streets can be easily reached on foot. Very friendly staff. Good continental breakfast buffet.

The hotel and the room in particular looks very modern but if you scratch a bit you will find some details. Not big deal but the bed should be more comfortable. The location is superb!

We had a superb 4 days at the Hotel, which is well-positioned in a pedestrianised street near to the ferry port (700 metres), shopping (200m traffic-free Via Toledo), oldest theatre / opera house in Europe (100m Teatro San Marco) and castle. In three days we visited Capri, Pompeii and Sorrento. Pompeii is an awesome history lesson !! The room was very clean, sheets changed every day. Excellent continental breakfast, as much as you can eat of cereals/fruit, cold meats and hard- boiled eggs, bread, cheeses and fresh fruit and coffee. Reception Desk extremely helpful, organised our pick-up from airport (thank you, Luigi). We would definitely stay again at mh Design Hotel. The only marginal negative was that, because the hotel is small, our room looked onto an internal courtyard. This was no problem to us, because we were only in our room from 10pm until 9am, at which time it was dark. The room was therefore very quiet and good for sleeping !

I found the breakfast buffet excellent & staff in the cafe very friendly and chatty. The room was very good value for money, clean & comfortable and also very quiet considering the hotel's location.The bed was super comfortable as well. There was a limited selection of tea sachets & some of them were opened but unused which didnt seem very hygienic. Also there were no sachets for coffee at all. Front desk staff were a little offhand & not quite as friendly as the breakfast staff.

We Liked The Friendly Helpful staff..Nice breakfast,very clean rooms,and the perfect central location,close to shops restaurants and transport..over all we had a really nice relaxing stay..

Very accomodating staff nat reception. The location for the city of Napoli was excellent and in a good area of the city. My first impression of the room was extremely positive. I do like to stay in good hotels and this ranks as far as I'm concerned as a modern, clean and comfortable experience. I plan another visit for longer in Autumn I'm very fussy about what constitutes a good nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable but I found the pillows very firm. Maybe a firm and softer option might be a good idea

La cortesia dello staff, la posizione centralissima, accanto a piazza plebiscito e alle vie dello shopping. Ottima posizione da cui visitare la città. Dalle immagini del sito sembrava molto più bello... Confermo I giudizi degli altri clienti, la struttura è carina ma c'è poca manutenzione, per cui in camera si vedeva la carta da parati scollata e il box doccia eroso dal calcare. Inoltre il lavandino della mia stanza perdeva un sacco di acqua. Peccato visto che l'arredamento delle stanze è moderno e nuovo e la pulizia è buona. Visto il prezzo, la struttura meriterebbe maggiore cura.

La posizione, la colazione La maggior parte delle camere hanno la finestra sulla chiostrina, niente luce del sole, un po' claustrofobico quindi. L'acqua che usciva dai rubinetti del bagno era tendente al giallo. La doccia, pur di design ed enorme, era seriamente mal funzionante

la posizione è ottima...se devo dare un voto da uno a 10 x la posizione dico 11...è centralissimo!!!la doccia è stupenda!!!!il letto è comodissimo...lo staff è gentile e molto disponibile a dare consigli su dove andare,dove mangiare e su quali mezzi prendere x raggiungere i posti che preferisci!!!noi ci ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti!!! dalla nostra camera si sentivano i rumori della camera accanto ma ci siamo fatti una gran dormita quindi i rumori sono sopportabilissimi...
