bathroom is poor, bad water isolation. breakfast buffet is very basic. hotels transport service for airport is expensive than needed.

Great location! Large room

A very clean comfortable hotel. Even though we were in a busy city the room was quiet enabling a good nights sleep! The reception staff were extremley helpful..providing travel information and recommending a super restaurant which we visited. Breakfast was good - the usual cold selection but cereal too and tasty croissants! Overall a pleasant stay. We would return again.

Great location small and clean except the smell of sigarts.

We had two rooms. One was smelly from sigars . The second was ok.

Location was walking distance to boat to Capri in the morning. Concierge suggested a fabulous trattoria for dinner around the corner from the hotel.

Bathroom shower grouting needs attention.

Liked that it had tea/coffee making facility. Also liked the big bathroom. Great location for shopping and the beach area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A bit dark in the room. Hardly any natural light as the one window was facing a tall narrow courtyard? Also not one English channel available on TV. Air-con not working consistentently.

The room was cosy and big. Quiet although it s downtown. The personal was helpful, especially when we needed a taxi the last day. Great breakfast!

The internet connection: difficult to connect, available for a very short period of time.

Fantastic location. We arrived at 11pm and felt completely safe walking in the area. The freshly cooked croissants for breakfast were stunning and you could smell them baking as you entered the dining area. Only stayed 2 nights but would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is very central.

I was expecting a boutique hotel as its described as 'Naples only design hotel.' This is certainly not the case. Rooms are small and smelly. Most rooms have no external view. No sound proofing between rooms. The hotel is on a pedestrian area, so you have to carry your luggage some distance from your car or taxi. The local parking is about 15 minutes walk. The free breakfast is disgusting. Showers don't work. Very bad, slow drainage. Water cloudy.

Great location in the centre of Napoli. The historic centre as well as the main shopping streets can be easily reached on foot. Very friendly staff. Good continental breakfast buffet.

Perfect location, clean rooms, supportive staff, free Wi-Fi.

The rooms with windows on the street are noisy during the night, especially at weekends.

Es pretencioso. La moqueta y las paredes tapizadas huelen mal. El desayuno de poca calidad. El diseño inútil e irracional

интернет практический отсутствует. тв не работает вообще. тропический душ не работает. душевой поддон имеет трещину. завтрак однообразный - булки, фрукты, йогурты, кофе, чай.

Ottima la posizione, semplice da raggiungere e ben collegata con i vari punti di interesse della città. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Camera veramente bella e pulita.

Resepsiyondaki bütün konuşmalar odamızdan duyuluyordu.Yan odalardaki bütün banyo faaliyetleri bizim odanın içindeydi.Kahvaltı çok kötüydü.

La camera 101 e' da sconsigliare vista la vicinanza con la receptions e i rumori continui (tel,campanello e voci) di giorno ma soprattutto di notte!!

Chambre tres confortable en pleine ville de naples

Excellente situation dans une rue des plus commerçantes de la ville. A 2 pas du théâtre San Carlo, près de la gare maritime (pour une excursion à Ischia par exemple). Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents et les gâteaux maison variés. Nous n'avons jamais eu besoin de taxi pour les sorties, tout est à proximité.

la stanza:ho alloggiato nella numero 104 il bagno non era pulitissimo e c'era un odore da fumo di sigaretta quasi insopportabile la stanza non era ben isolata dai rumori che mi hanno accompagnata fino alle 23.30
