Value for money. Right next to the station and walking distance to the sights |

Staff was friendly and kind. Staff left water bottles into the room freezer. It was very useful for hot weather outside. In the hotel there was enabled to have breakfast on terrace - that is good idea. Lift did not work. |

The room was clean and cosy. Altough there were a lot of dead musquito's against the wall, but i'd rather have a dead than a flying one. The staff was very friendly (they even allowed us to take hotel-towels to the swimmingpool in town). We weren't expecting a big bathroom, but to our surprise this was more than enough for us. The breakfast wasn't that good, but for italian standards it was more than okay I guess... |

Good Location -close to Railway Station, Restaurants and walking distance of galleries and sites. Visa machine not operating for at least 3 days so had to get cash. Wi-fi not working. Breakfast was unacceptable - ie no fruit, one cereal, very stale bread and croissants. |

The location and staff. The room was quote pleasant too overlooking a little internal garden. The breakfast was quite limited and the shower was a little uncomfortable. |

if you are coming to Florence for Pitty this is probably the best immaginable location, for the price, since you will be all day at the fair, ti is totaly ok hotel in terms of accomodation. Just that at room 24 thay didint paint the cieling after some leaking....sad since it would cost 5 euros to do that and this way they create bad feeling about the hotel. Still they readily gave me other room |

Rooms are really good and seems newly renovated. Standard of room was good. The lift in the hotel is very slow and does not match with the standard. Breakfast is not up to the mark. Breakfast menu & service must be improved. |

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast did not offer very much but is easily forgiven as it is included within the room price. |

the location, close to the train station. 1 very old room, old facility. 2 while taking shower, the water couldnt flow away on time, very bad drain, I have to stop now and then to wait the water drained away. though done these, still lots of water is full of the toilet and shower room. even flowed out to the room till my bed, made my slipper too wet to wear, after one night the water on the floor havent got dry yet. 2 breakfast is too late |

The hotel is very well located; quiet and clean. Poor breakfast, indeed. But I was ready for that as I read reviews before the booking. |

Its at walking distance from the Florence Central station. Breakfast could be better, but after reading the reviews we were not expecting anything extra ordinary |

This charming hotel, housed in a restored 18th century palace, offers comfortable accommodation in front of the Teatro Comunale and just a short stroll from the city’s main historical attractions. |
The address says it all! Overlooking the beautiful church of Santa Maria Novella, Rosso23 is a modern hotel in an ancient building, set right in the heart of Florence. |
This elegant hotel rests in the heart of Florence, just a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella train station. |
Resting between the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery, for over 120 years this hotel has offered a fantastic location for exploring Florence. |
