Situation le breakfeast est ok pour un prix de 70 € la chambre. (Croissants, pain, confiture, jus d'orange, céréales, petit sandwich, boissons chaudes préparées par le staff) |

hotel bien situé par rapport au centre historique de Florence 5 minutes à pied du DUOMO.parking payant pas très loin de l'hotel une petite fausse note:un petit déjeuner très léger au choix biscottes ou croissant !!! à améliorer pour les gros mangeurs du matin ! |

La proximité du centre historique, le rapport qualité / prix et l'agencement de l'hotel qui a été rénové. La propreté de la chambre, le confort tout relatif des chambres qui a peu à voir avec celui qu'on attend d'un 3 étoiles ( climatisation fort médiocre, lits d'appoint pour les enfants..) |

proximité de la gare et du centre historique, calme, rénové, chambre agréable on ne peux plus entrer à l'hotel à partir de 01h . petit dejeuner trés modeste. le linge n'a pas été changé le deuxieme jour, et le sol non fait. l'ascensseur ne marche pas. |

l'accueil chaleureux, l'ambiance au déjeuner, la qualité des aliments servis au déjeuner. La famille qui était vraiment prête à toujours satisfaire à nos demandes. S'il y avait un petit problème tout était réglé rapidement. Les gens qui fréquentent cet endroit sont aussi très sympathiques. Tout est facile et simple et les sourires de la famille nous font sentir comme à la maison. Tout ce qui m'a déçue c'est que les photos sur le site ne représentent pas la réalité. La chambre aurait eu besoin d'un peu de peinture et côté éclairage, on ne pouvait pas lire la lumière était trop faible. Dans la salle de bain également manquait porte savon dans la douche et un tapis de bain. Disons que l'aspect général est vraiment différent de ce qui est montré sur le site. |

We used this Hotel only as a 1 night stop over en route to a Villa, but - outstanding value for money. 5 minute walk to Train Station, & down town Firenze & Dumo etc. Under new managaement who were extremely helpful. Great rooms, great breakfast included & great little garden setting for a few vinos!. You won't be disappointed. |

This hotel is in close proximity to the Florence Rail station and many of the tourist attractions. We covered the Florence attractions on foot and never used bus or taxi during our stay. We just needed a room to take rest after a hard day's of sight seeing and this hotel provied that. It was quite cheap as well. Rooms are basic and there is no lift so with luggage it may be a little difficult specialy for old people. The bearkfast is very basic and there is no tea / cofee making facility in the room which we take for granted in the uk and Australia. No internet but there are internet shops nearby which are open till late. |

The location is excellent, as it is nearby train station and very closed to shopping areas & Duomo. Everything you wanna see in Firenze is within walking distance. The lift need to be upgraded. If you have senior citizen traveled along, this hotel might not be suitable for you to pick. |

Wonderful hotel at a bargain price! Very accommodating staff, pleasant room overlooking the courtyard, reasonable continental breakfast, great location less than 10 minutes walk from both the central train station and main square. Supermarket one block away. Many quality restaurants nearby. Safe neighborhood. |

I liked location of this hotel. It is located almost in the centre of Florence.Excellent for sightseeing and shoping. The breakfast was very poor.The shower was broken and splashed the water to all of sides. I told about this to the staff , but nothing was done. |

Location only. Bad smell, the room was dirty, torn sheets, 2 burned-out bulbs in the bedroom. The elavator did not work. The breakfast was very poor, only toast, packaged croissant, cereals and milk; there was no fresh bread. |

The hotel is close to SMN train station, very clean and easy to reach after hours of walking touring Florence. Reception were very very helpful. Even though the room was quite spacious for a 3 star the TV was very very small, old and need fixing..or rather changed to a decent one. the air conditioning was excellent but it made a funny noise (like water being drained). This would annoy light sleepers like me. |

I found it a very solid value and a great location. The staff was nice and my daughter and I recommended the hotel to fellow travelers who were stuck at the airport. |
