Localização junto ao Centro e à Estação de Trem. Quarto sossegado. Zona segura. Restaurantes bons e económicos próximos.

Pequeno almoço muito pobre. Lavatório da casa de banho entupido durante toda a estadia.

Proximidade do palácio de congressos.

O pequeno almoço era muito fraco (apenas croissant, cereais, leite e refrigerante)

We used this Hotel only as a 1 night stop over en route to a Villa, but - outstanding value for money. 5 minute walk to Train Station, & down town Firenze & Dumo etc. Under new managaement who were extremely helpful. Great rooms, great breakfast included & great little garden setting for a few vinos!. You won't be disappointed.

This hotel is in close proximity to the Florence Rail station and many of the tourist attractions. We covered the Florence attractions on foot and never used bus or taxi during our stay. We just needed a room to take rest after a hard day's of sight seeing and this hotel provied that. It was quite cheap as well.

Rooms are basic and there is no lift so with luggage it may be a little difficult specialy for old people. The bearkfast is very basic and there is no tea / cofee making facility in the room which we take for granted in the uk and Australia. No internet but there are internet shops nearby which are open till late.

Wonderful hotel at a bargain price! Very accommodating staff, pleasant room overlooking the courtyard, reasonable continental breakfast, great location less than 10 minutes walk from both the central train station and main square. Supermarket one block away. Many quality restaurants nearby. Safe neighborhood.

I liked location of this hotel. It is located almost in the centre of Florence.Excellent for sightseeing and shoping.

The breakfast was very poor.The shower was broken and splashed the water to all of sides. I told about this to the staff , but nothing was done.

The hotel is close to SMN train station, very clean and easy to reach after hours of walking touring Florence. Reception were very very helpful.

Even though the room was quite spacious for a 3 star the TV was very very small, old and need fixing..or rather changed to a decent one. the air conditioning was excellent but it made a funny noise (like water being drained). This would annoy light sleepers like me.

The breakfast could have been a little better.

It was close to the station but within easy walking distance to the centre of Florence. There are also a couple of good restaurants close by.

The breakfast was very limited but it wouldn't put me off staying there again.
