Все понравилось: персонал приветливый, расположение удобное, садик во дворе. Вечером и ночью слышно через отктрытое окно, как в соседнем отеле во дворике громко гуляют,видимо, постояльцы. |

Дружелюбный персонал, отличное расположение, чистый и уютный номер. Рядом есть совершенно замечательное кафе NERON. Плохо работал лифт, точнее он работает странно - чтобы лифт двигался нужно держать кнопку и не отпускать пока не доедете до этажа. Эта проблема решается хождением по лестнице, благо всего 3 этажа ;) Очень скудный завтрак: круасаны, масло, джем, хлеб, молоко, кукурузные хлопья и чай-кофе соответственно. Больше ничего на столе не было. |

Удобное расположение отеля относительно ж/д вокзала, пунктов общественного питания, основных достопримечательностей и магазинов. Номер огромный, санузел стерильный, полотенца белоснежные! Завтрак скромный, но его достаточно, чтобы добраться до ресторана с едой! Спать с открытыми окнами невозможно, т.к. во внутреннем дворике, в который выходили окна нашего номера, бурно кипела праздная жизнь разноцветных англоговорящих особей! В отеле мы воспользовались камерой хранения багажа, которая представляет собой ничем не обозначенный "пятачок" справа от входной двери в отель! Возникли некоторые опосения, но выбора у нас не было! Спасибо! |

We used this Hotel only as a 1 night stop over en route to a Villa, but - outstanding value for money. 5 minute walk to Train Station, & down town Firenze & Dumo etc. Under new managaement who were extremely helpful. Great rooms, great breakfast included & great little garden setting for a few vinos!. You won't be disappointed. |

This hotel is in close proximity to the Florence Rail station and many of the tourist attractions. We covered the Florence attractions on foot and never used bus or taxi during our stay. We just needed a room to take rest after a hard day's of sight seeing and this hotel provied that. It was quite cheap as well. Rooms are basic and there is no lift so with luggage it may be a little difficult specialy for old people. The bearkfast is very basic and there is no tea / cofee making facility in the room which we take for granted in the uk and Australia. No internet but there are internet shops nearby which are open till late. |

The location is excellent, as it is nearby train station and very closed to shopping areas & Duomo. Everything you wanna see in Firenze is within walking distance. The lift need to be upgraded. If you have senior citizen traveled along, this hotel might not be suitable for you to pick. |

Wonderful hotel at a bargain price! Very accommodating staff, pleasant room overlooking the courtyard, reasonable continental breakfast, great location less than 10 minutes walk from both the central train station and main square. Supermarket one block away. Many quality restaurants nearby. Safe neighborhood. |

I liked location of this hotel. It is located almost in the centre of Florence.Excellent for sightseeing and shoping. The breakfast was very poor.The shower was broken and splashed the water to all of sides. I told about this to the staff , but nothing was done. |

Location only. Bad smell, the room was dirty, torn sheets, 2 burned-out bulbs in the bedroom. The elavator did not work. The breakfast was very poor, only toast, packaged croissant, cereals and milk; there was no fresh bread. |

The hotel is close to SMN train station, very clean and easy to reach after hours of walking touring Florence. Reception were very very helpful. Even though the room was quite spacious for a 3 star the TV was very very small, old and need fixing..or rather changed to a decent one. the air conditioning was excellent but it made a funny noise (like water being drained). This would annoy light sleepers like me. |

I found it a very solid value and a great location. The staff was nice and my daughter and I recommended the hotel to fellow travelers who were stuck at the airport. |

It was close to the station but within easy walking distance to the centre of Florence. There are also a couple of good restaurants close by. The breakfast was very limited but it wouldn't put me off staying there again. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, clean rooms. Bathrooms in perfect condition. When sink became clogged up, it was fixed the same day. Great location - under 10 minutes' walk from Duomo, five minutes' walk from train station. Low price! Very slow and small elevator (par for the course for three-star hotels in Europe). Some of the beds were not in great condition - but were still comfortable enough. Only one key and self-locking door = getting locked out a lot. |

It was close to the station and easy to find they say that you can pay with credit card but on check out I was told that the credit card facilities did not work and I would have to pay cash. Very suspicious. |
