Mia Suites is located in a charming old building not far from Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms spacious and comfortable, and the Italian buffet breakfast was a great start to the day.
Very clean and fresh room. Located in walking distance of many tourist attractions in the city center. The breakfast served was basic but very fresh and tasty. The cappuccino offered by the steward is great.
The drainage in the shower had us wishing for better. Even though the staff explained it works as expected - we prefer not to stand in puddle of soapy water while taking the shower.
Large room with clean bed and crib. People were helpful and kind.
Enterance is a bit strange and there are lots of stairs
The location and the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly.
room Accessories Cleanliness Breakfast Room decor
weak wi-fi in room
Best Location cleanliness and staff were very helpful
Nothing it was good experience
I like the location,staff,breakfast
I don't like tv channel it's only italian, also the wifi doesn't work at all in side the room, it's only works at the lobby, the twin bed room it's too small for two people, if i plan coming back to rome again iam not shor to stay in this hotel again for wifi reason.
Excellent staff who made me feel quite at home and who responded to any concerns I had. The location is also first rate: about three minutes walking distance from Piazza di Spagna and yet far enough away that one is not bothered by the crowds. The Barberini metro stop is a short walk away and one can easily walk to the Galleria Borghese. Despite some inadequacies, the price was right and I would make use of this hotel again.
The wifi connection was poor and did not function for the most part. If you are interested in TV, that did not work either, since the remote was missing. But Italian TV is hardly worth the time anyway. People at reception desk, though around the corner, could also be heard in the evening at bedtime so if you are sensitive sleeper...
Location is good.
It is a place I will never visit again because: 1. There is no wi-fi at all. It should be fair to say in the hotel adverts - NO WIFI! 2. It was not possible to use the extra bed for my daughter, which cost me another 300 (!) euro, because it was very narrow, very high 3. The cleaning of the room was unacceptable. Bed sheets were changed one time only during 12 days of our staying 4. Breakfast was poor and if your were not lucky to have it at 7.30 (when it started) you would not get smth. 5. The place is very noisy all time 6. The staff mostly do not speak english 7. The guy I asked to book a taxi to airport forgot to do it in time It is a first time in my traveling experience I 've got such a bad recommendation through the booking.com
Excellent location for walking around Rome. Very comfortable well appointed rooms.
Wi-Fi was temperamental so not always available.
Excelent location, nice room.
It is easy to walk almost all attractions. Very friendly helpfull staff. Clean and enough size room. Good and suficent breakfast.
This was not a real major issue but Our room was close to the reception and breakfast area ,sometimes it was noisy and you hear other people talking.I think separating door can be used between reception and the guest rooms for the comfort.
Liked the location. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff
Breakfast was dull. Nothing hot not even boiled eggs. Served on sideplates instead of full plates, therefore awkward. No pamphlets and information about Rome available. Some of the staff though friendly spoke no English.
everything was perfect!! very clean all the areas, like you are at your home!! the staff was very helpfull and kind!! very nice location! fresh and tasteful breakfast!vey comfartable rooms and modern design !!!!!
The Location of the Hotel was central to most sites, Trevi Fountain,Spanish Steps and the main streets for shopping. Staff were professional&friendly. Would certainly stay in the Mia Suites again.
Comfy bed. Spacious. Modern but warm design. Clean. 5 star location.
Location, breakfast room on same floor.
Small bathroom. Room on second floor, checkin on the third
Staff was very friendly, excellent location (5' walk from Fontana di Trevi & Piaza di Spagna), very clear, good breakfast, wonderful capuccino (by Roberto)
Wi-fi quality was very bad. You could not get connected most of the times
The room was wonderful, big, new, very nice decorated, and with a lot of lighting.
We arrive in the afternoon, we got the key to the room and sow that there is not a safe in the room, we asked and got a safe and was told that tomorrow they will fix it. in the morning we didn't live the key in the reception, when we came back in the afternoon the room was not clean, the safe was in the cupboard not attached to anything. When I I asked the reception why thy didn't clean the room she said that because we didn't leave the key the didn't do it. I travel a lot and it was the first time I heard something like this. They enter the room for the safe, but couldn't clean it? it a shame.
Perfect location. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Perfect breakfast. Very good all!
clean room price was ok
the hotel is located in the 3rd floor of an old building , it is a little pit difficult to reach
Very friendly and helpful stuff. Very clean and modern hotel. GREAT location.
For those who are sensitive for trafic noises - be aware that the rooms are facing a very busy street.
cleanliness friendliset staff, very helpful nice breakfast excellent cappacino
Nice and clean rooms, very good designed. Cosy bed. Taste breackfasts. Very friendly receptionist - Norma and very kind cooking man. Close to all main attactions and shopping streets.
Due to some circumstances I had to stay one night less then booked. I wrote to management few days vefore check-in but they did not propose any, even smallest discount. They were not obliged, of course, but would be nice to have a friendly offer as from client-oriented business.
The location was excellent and close to buses and the underground railway as well as an easy walk to some shops and several restaurants. The entire suite had been recently renovated with tasteful results. Someone was on duty day and night, which was necessary as the only way into the building was to ring a buzzer beside the front door. Someone at the desk would then remotely open the front door to the street. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and adequately appointed.
The front door into the building from the street was very heavy and not easy to push open. The English of 3/4 of the staff we encountered was not strong and in one case, no English at all. We had to ask for items like tea bags and milk and were not permitted to help ourselves to these sorts of things. This engendered a feeling that they didn't trust us to do the right thing. We had to hand in our room key every time we left the building. The bathroom was dark and very small. The lift was old and quaint but worked OK. The main difficulty was in having to open two sets of doors to enter and leave the lift. This was not easy if dealing with luggage at the same time.
