A localização que é muito boa. Sim. Em seis dias que estivemos hospedados no hotel, o café da manhã era sempre o mesmo, ou seja, depois de alguns dias, você não suporta, quando, pequenas modificações podem fazer uma boa diferença. |

I would like to settle the room bill with my credit cards (amex, visa etc.) but the hotel asked me to settle the payment in cash only. I had to go out and looked for the atm machine and withdrawn money from Thailand! |

Very accesible and vey central. 10 min walking from Roma Termini. However poor signaling of the hotel and must pay attention not to pass down the road. Hotel is on the right side of the street when coming fm Termini. Good price though for Rome level! The bathroom is very small, you can hardly turn around :) |

Location. I booked this hotel for my nephew and sent my credit card details authorising payment. Despite a written confirmation from the hotel that everything was in order, when my nephew checked out he was harassed by a rude employee who threatened to confiscate his luggage. This was a very unpleasant experience for my nephew and most upsetting for me, after all the care taken to tie up things. |

The staff at the front desk was always very nice and very helpful. They spoke excellent english. They watched our luggage for us for several hours before check-in. We reserved a quadruple room and it was two double rooms with an adjoining door - which was nice so we had two bathrooms. The rooms were quite small but that was ok because they were very clean. The price was pretty steep for a quadruple room. There were some similar hotels in the area where I could have gotten two double rooms for quite a bit less than this quadruple room but we chose this hotel because it offered private parking - of course at an extra cost. But we needed parking (safe parking) close by. |

great location near every touristic point i(ten minutes), quiet and clean room with air conditioned and correct "mediterranean" breakfast they haven't a locker to keep luggage, the clerck didn't inform very well about visits and timetables of the touristic sites, it's quite expensive |

very central from to Termini station and some of the main sightseeing activities. When we informed them about the slow drainage of the water in the shower, this was seen to immediately. the beds were slightly too firm, but this is not really a complaint. Still got a very good nights sleep. Could provide fresh fruit at breakfast. |
