Интерьер отеля, вид с балкона, чистота в номере.,сервис. Расположение( шумно вечером и ночью), разбита зеркальная дверца у шкафа, старые смесители в су, виднеются швы из герметика в душе.

Positiv: der ältere Herr im Frühstücksraum (1.Stock) war sehr freundlich und echt professionell, ebenso ein junger Mann, welcher die Gäste zum leider 2 km entfernten Parkplatz brachte. Bruno Geiger aus Deutschland Nähe München. Negativ: Hotel, Rezeption, Frühstücksangebot ware schlecht, Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht (Blut an dem wc und am Boden) Staub soweit das Auge reicht, und der WC-Sitz war ausgebrochen und lag lose drauf, und fiel beim öffnen des Deckels auf den Boden. Bei der Reklamation dieser Tatsache bei der Rezeption wurde sich nicht entschuldigt, sondern wir wurden ab diesem Zeitpunkt wie Aussätzige behandelt. Kein Tisch in den Zimmern, beide Zimmer (Einzel und Doppel) waren viel zu klein. Die Bezeichnung "grand" ist geradezu lächerlich. Keine 3 sterne wert. Bruno Geiger aus Deutschland Nähe München.

Struttura molto affascinante proprio sul mare. Reception molto efficente, anche nel presentarti tutti I servizi dell'hotel incluso il centro benessere dove ho fatto dei massaggi strepitosi e per I trattamenti utilizzano ottimi prodotti. Camera molto pulita ed arredata con classe. Buonissima la colazione, buffet abbondante e con molte scelte di alta qualità. Consigliatissimo!

Bene le ragazze della reception. Molto male il responsabile della sala colazioni che alla mia domanda : POsso avere due cappuccini? Lui risponde... "Ma veramente se ne potrebbe prendere solo uno...." Quindi se volete due cappuccini e siete soli mentite e dite che l'altra persona sta scendendo cosi lui sarà rassicurato..

La struttura necessita sicuramente di una rivisitazione interna delle camere ecc ...a meno che la camera brutta non e' capitata solo a me ....e' dotata di interni un po' tanto superati ..e mal tenuta ..vedi tinteggiature alle pareti e pulizia nei particolari in bagni si trovano sanitari di 30 anni fa ...ma messi e pulizia poco curata

La posizione dell'hotel è invidiabile Non è un Grand Hotel e non corrisponde alle aspettative: condizionatore anni 70 assai rumoroso e mal funzionante, rubinetteria datata, clientela rumorosa, troppi gruppi, spazi a disposizione insufficienti, colazione poco curata, garage lontano e di fatto inaccessibile dopo l'arrivo, manca il personale che porti I bagagli, personale inopportuno che entra in camera senza le dovute cautele per controllare il frigo bar. In definitiva il prezzo, davvero alto per la riviera adriatica, non è adeguato.

Le personnel a l accueil etait sympathique et l hotel a le cachet d un ancient palace de luxe qui manque de renovation mais qui a le charme de l ancient et surtout bien situe. Le manque de propreté des deux chambres: a notre arrivée la douche n était pas propre dans une chambre et dans l autre chambre nous avons retrouve sous le lit une paire de chaussures!la salle de fitness etait inutilisable,chaque jour on devait reclaimer pour obtenir savon,shampooing etc...

Ci è stata data una camera doppia usa singola, carina e con vista mare. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Ha suonato l'allarme incendio alle 4.30 del mattino, tutti cercavano di capire il perchè ma lo staff dell'hotel non si trovava.. Altri ospiti chiassosi fino alle 2.30 del mattino. Richiedere il pagamento immediato appena arrivati in hotel.
