everything/ very helpful staff/ good english
Friendly staff, maximum and willingness to help in booking tickets to local historical sites. Accommodation in a quiet area, but close access to the city (about 15 minutes walk). Recommended! :)
The staff were terrific. They went above and beyond their normal duties to look after us.
The steps up to our apartment were a little tiring after our long journey.
A very nice guesthouse with a friendly and helpfull owner who speaks good English. The room was spacious and well equipped with a nice bathroom. Recommendable!
It is a good 20 mins walk to the center along the river. A nice walk but exhousthing after a long day.
Vani was very enthusiastic and helpful He greeted us every day and helped with bookings and recommendations.
Unseasonably warm in Firenze
The very kind and helpful staff, the quiet location, the balcony with view on the hills.
all was very nice
The location was quiet and offered a short 15 min walk along the Arno into the center. The staff was very friendly and offered excellent suggestions of places to dine that wouldn't be tourist traps. They were very eager to make sure we were comfortable and gave us a quick tour of the city on a map before sending us out on the first day.
Excellent staff, wonderful location and room. We had a room overlooking a garden. Absolutely beautiful and tranquil,
The guesthouse room was very quiet. Wonderful green garden in the back, large bed, very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Parking nearby, no charge, if there was a place available. 30 min. walk to city center. Bars and Cafes nearby. We will definitively stay there again on our next trip to Florence.
Very good location and friendly stuff.
We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by Antonio who was wonderful! He oriented us to Florence, gave us a map, and made recommendations. He also recommended and helped us plan a day trip to Lucca. He helped us find train times and recommended a great restaurant. The room was large enough and each child had their own bed. We liked that fact that is was away from the crowds in a quiet neighborhood. Although the breakfast is mostly sweets, there is a grocery store next to the Ponteveccio, so we bought milk and cereal. We would stay there again, so long as the air conditioner were stronger because it was in the high 90s while we were there!
The air conditioner was weak.

Thought the breakfast was lacking
it is a very good bed and breakfast, a great address if you want to spend fews nights in Firenze. It is far less expensive than a traditional hotel but closed to centre, clean ,large room ....
to find a parking is just a nightmare .....
Very kind people, small but good breakfast, in the heart of the city, couple of minutes walking.
Location, parking nearby.
Poor breakfast, no refrigerator, mosquitos.
Room was comfortable and spacious. Owner was very kind to welcome us and give all the tips and information.
No elevator. Breakfast in the room was too simple.
staff are very helpful, speak English, friendly, service is excelent. Location is great.
We loved staying here- away from the craziness of the city but close enough to walk to the downtown. The bathroom was huge (by European standards), the room was very nice, fast wifi, and the street was nice and quiet. We loved staying here and would definitely stay here again.
The only negative I can think of is that there isn't front desk help everyday. The front desk is there when you check in and gives you information, but then we never saw them again during our four night stay.
