Loved the personal service with a white jacketed and gloved waiter delivering breakfast in the morning. Quiet location and about 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. Very helpful tourist information and booking of taxi to leave. Shower too small for comfort. Lack of ability to make a hot drink in the room a disadvantage

the girl that let us in was helpful, gave us lots of useful info and advice. We liked size of the room, good location for sightseeing, third floor (especially after long walking), doubts about the car park.

Staff friendly and helpfull Very nice and comfortable room, incredible view. Beautiful location, althought it is not less than 30 min walking from the dawn town. No lift. The guest house is up 4 flights of stairs and it may be very hard to climb with bags or after a long journey No real breakfast provided.

La atencion,la explicacion que recibimos al llegar, de que hacer y donde comer en Firenze. La posibilidad de estacionamiento gratuito.Sin estar en pleno centro,esta ubicado a 20 minutos caminando. Subir las valijas por la escalera,no tiene ascensor.

Ottimo B&B, colazione in camera compresa nel prezzo! Unica pecca era la pressione dell'acqua della doccia troppo bassa. Non so se solo nella nostra stanza oppure in tutte.

Preso con una mega offerta di Booking il b&b è davvero grazioso. Oltre alla struttura un elogio particolare devo farlo allo staf: un servizio da 5 stelle. Mi hanno spiegato tutto quello che c'è da sapere su Firenze e mi hanno indicato il più buon ristorante del posto. Che dire...ottimo! Non ha l'ascensore Le camere non sono insonorizzate

Очень приветливое и радушное обслуживание. ОЧЕНЬ чисто. Старинное здание. Большая светлая комната. В комнате на столе: чайник, пакетиров. чай, раств. кофе, сахар, 1,5 л молока, печенье, тосты, джемы, нутелла; все в достаточном количестве. Хорошее месторасположение. Остались довольны. Рекомендуем. 4й этаж без лифта. Для четверых стол просто микроскопический. Нет отдельной комнаты для приема пищи.

La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era arredata in modo abbastanza accogliente e piacevole anche la vista del panorama la colazione, pensavo ci fosse una saletta apposita e invece era organizzata in camera, devo dire che alla fine è diventata piacevolmente intima ma non del tutto soddisfacente.

We had a nice room with plenty of space and a big bathroom.. During our stay Antonio was very helpful in everything we need, informations about the city and for our stay.. Florence has a lot of things to see and places to go without walking a big distance, that was very nice..

Die Lage ist perfekt für ein Städteausflug! Einer der Gastgeber war einfach genial, er hat uns die besten Tipps gegeben betreffende Apéro-und Essenslokale. Es ist ein einfaches Guesthouse mit gutem komfort an super Lage. Zwei Suiten haben ein Balkon ins Grüne! Gratis Parkplätze in unmittelbare Nähe, denn man kann vom Guesthouse her alles gut zu Fuss erreichen.

Nette MItarbeiter welche sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden des Gastes bemühen. Grosses Zimmer(auch Badezimmer) Im Zimmer hat man die Gespräche auf dem Gang sehr gut gehört.

Très bon accueuil de la part de Nicola qui se met en quatre pour vous aiguiller dans la ville et ses bonnes adresses Les chambres sont spacieuses, agréable et calme. parking à côté gratuit Le principe du petit déjeuner, très limité dans le choix et la table est trop petite pour quatre, pas de jus de fruits, pas de produits frais. dommage. un peu loin de centre ville mais il y a une navette gratuite en journée. on doit préciser l'heure de notre arrivée en avance.
