Trevlig personal med servicekänsla. Fräscha och rymmliga rum och mkt bra frukost! Skönt att hotellet låg i ett i lugnt område. Saknade säkerhetsbox på rummet. |

Hotellpersonalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi fick checka in 3 h. för tidigt och fick ovanligt bra tips på sevärdheter, bussar, restauranger osv. Hotellrummet var tyst och mycket välstädat. Vid utcheckningen erbjöds vi att betala taxiresan till flygplatsen i hotellreceptionen - Underbart att bara kliva ur taxin och slippa krånglet med betalningen. Vi är mycket nöjda med denna hotellvistelse. Nej. |

Bra standard på rummen. Trevlig och språkkunnig personal. Bra frukost med bl a ägg o bacon och frukt. Ligger alldeles intill Vatikanen. Tallrikarna till frukosten var dåligt diskade undertill. Detta togs på ett vänligt sätt upp med hovmästaren, som omedelbart vidtog åtgärder. Morgonen efter tackade han oss för påpekandet. |

This hotel really was perfect for our Rome stay! The location is excellent, we could see St. Peter's from our balcony and there are plenty of shops and places to eat near the hotel! It was clean, the staff was excellent, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! I was really nervous about my first trip to Europe and what the hotels would be like, but this one really exceeded our expectations. I would stay there again! |

This was a renovated hotel n the toilets and baths were new n clean. Brekky was good on the three days we stayed, they served same stuff but these were always fresh and did not appear like left overs. They did not have the a separate heating and cooling system in the aircondition, being autumn in Rome aircon was on heater all the time and I could not adjust the aircon to cool our room. |

Near to Vatican City The rooms are not worth the value stated even when listed at half price, the check-in staff were not concerned when I complained about the size of the room against the money paid, the first days breakfast was chaotic, food ran out, not enough staff to clear the tables with an hour of service still left, staff, improved next day when someone was placed in charge, also too full of tour groups, a real down market, tired, overpriced hotel that relies on it's location and nothing else, you wouldn't go back, don't stay with the Starhotels group |

Location of hotel close to bus stops etc. Also size of room and bathroom - very comfortable - We got a room in the 3rd floor with balcony facing the front of the hotel - nice room with a view to the St Peters Basilica. I will definitely recommend this hotel - |

Luxurious spotless excellent location for vatican. Staff excellent ,friendly and helpful while the breakfast was v good dinner was not. poor value for money food poor standard and portions too small |

It has balcony and close to Vatican, restaurant, stores and buses. The sliding door on the balcony will not lock. We told them about it immediately, because we want to feel secure. They told us "they will look in to it", they never did, we checked the door every time we came back from outing. Before we go to sleep we put a chair and table on the front of the door, hoping whoever try to come in will trip. |

Our first 2 days we had a suite that was outstanding. Not on a main street, quiet. Our return night a small room on a busy street;, missing the robe, washclothes and soap. |

Very good value for money; good location near to the Vatican; good breakfast and friendly staff. Parking is a little bit tricky, as the hotel has no own parking area. |
