Starhotels Michelangelo Rome

The location of hotel is good. You can see the backside of St. Pietro through your window. But to notice is it nears the Train Station St. Pietro, but not the Metro Station.

The facility of hotel looks somehow old, but it doesn't matter much

This hotel really was perfect for our Rome stay! The location is excellent, we could see St. Peter's from our balcony and there are plenty of shops and places to eat near the hotel! It was clean, the staff was excellent, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! I was really nervous about my first trip to Europe and what the hotels would be like, but this one really exceeded our expectations. I would stay there again!

Near to Vatican City

The rooms are not worth the value stated even when listed at half price, the check-in staff were not concerned when I complained about the size of the room against the money paid, the first days breakfast was chaotic, food ran out, not enough staff to clear the tables with an hour of service still left, staff, improved next day when someone was placed in charge, also too full of tour groups, a real down market, tired, overpriced hotel that relies on it's location and nothing else, you wouldn't go back, don't stay with the Starhotels group

The breakfast was wonderful and the Vatican is only 5 min walk away!!!! It is in a great position

Our first 2 days we had a suite that was outstanding. Not on a main street, quiet. Our return night a small room on a busy street;, missing the robe, washclothes and soap.

Very good value for money; good location near to the Vatican; good breakfast and friendly staff.

Parking is a little bit tricky, as the hotel has no own parking area.

Ask to stay on the 7th floor. Rooms have been renovated. Stayed on the 3th floor on a second visit and the rooms were not as nice.

Had to try three rooms before I got one with twin beds as reservations specified. Even front deck didn't know which rooms had twin beds.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff were very helpful to make arrangements for any services required outside the hotel such as tours and transportation. Close to the Vatican and public transportation.

Restaurant was a little pricey.

I liked the closeness to the vatican and convenience of places where we need to go.everyone of your staff is friendly.

Staff at the restaurant should learn to smile and be more conversant and I do not like the way scrambled eggs were cooked.they are too watery
