Great breakfast buffet included, nice pool and outside areas, helpfull staff, free parking, nice restaurant Signing bills when buying stuff in the hotel (to know what is included and what is charged), larger TV and international channels, 'opening hours' for breakfast and dinner could be extended |

Shopping, training (running up) too th Mote Catino alto. Swiming in the pool every morning and nightTravling around too anothers cityes, Pica, Firenze and Sienna. PS! the breakefast was werry good and Italien style :-) Aircondition at the room was not good. It closed at 0730 am - started 1400, and the temperature could not come down to 17-18 celsius degreads. It was to hot at this room and the receptions we think. |

pool I would not classify this as a four star hotel. 3 star at best. the description states "recently refurbished, but this seems to have been no more than a lick of paint/change of colour scheme. Breakfast was served in a seperate building in what was previously a driveway to the garage! Not very satisfied altogether. We were due to stay 6 nights, but stayed only three and moved to a beautiful 5 star hotel down the road for not much more money but much more pleasant surroundings and better facilities. |

The style was very attracting and also the location of the Hotel. It is not too far away from the center, but also you have the feeling of a typical Toskana Holiday as the view is very nice and the surrounding is very quite. The breakfast was very special - the food and the location - PERFECT! That for Sauna and Steambath there was an addtional fee of 15 EURO, also for the Hotel guests; which I think is overdone for hotel guests. Walls / doors are very thin, so you can hear noises during the night from the floors. |

La cortesia del personale in ogni settore e la massima disponibilità fanno sentire il cliente subito a proprio agio. La professionalità delle operatrici del centro benessere. La Spa è veramente molto bella e ben tenuta, fornita di ogni tipo di necessità. Molto carina la villetta dove si effettua il servizio colazioni. Ottima la pulizia. Le camere non sono ben insonorizzate.Per l'utilizzo della zona umida sono stati caricati € 15,00 di spesa, senza alcun preavviso. Avrei sicuramente utilizzato il servizio ma sarebbe stato più corretto avere una informazione preventiva. La palestra con la moquette. |

Das Essen ist von guter Qualität.Reichhaltige Auswahl. Sehr zuvorkommendes Servierpersonal. Beide Fahrstühle sind antiquiert. SPA - ist nur eine Minimalvariante davon.Liegen am Pool ohne Auflage! Der Barkeeper ist eine Zumutung! |

La qualité de l'hôtel, la piscine et le petit déjeuner (la qualité et la diversité des produits proposés, et le fait qu'il se tienne en terrasse) Il est dommage que les poubelles urbaines collectives jouxtent la haie de la piscine. Par ailleurs, une traduction en français de l'utilisation et de la tarification de certains services de l'hôtel (tels que le Spa) serait la bienvenue. |
