The style was very attracting and also the location of the Hotel. It is not too far away from the center, but also you have the feeling of a typical Toskana Holiday as the view is very nice and the surrounding is very quite. The breakfast was very special - the food and the location - PERFECT! That for Sauna and Steambath there was an addtional fee of 15 EURO, also for the Hotel guests; which I think is overdone for hotel guests. Walls / doors are very thin, so you can hear noises during the night from the floors. |

Hotel Michelangelo is very comfortable and the staff are very helpful, particularly Massimo the manager. The hotel is popular with coach parties but breakfast for other guests is served in an adjoining villa owned by the hotel, which is a very good arrangement as it feels cosier. You can order an al a carte dinner, which we did on our first night and it was first class. The hotel is on the edge of the town and is fine if you are driving, but is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Montecatini. |

Very helpful staff and good service. Relaxing environment in a convenient location with a very pleasant walk through the park to the town centre. Reasonable size swimming pool. The breakfast could have been better- no fresh fruit juice though I supect it would have been provided if I had asked for some. The coffee was poor. |

Nach 1992 und 2004 haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl im Hotel, am Ort und der Toskana gefühlt. Wir können guten Gewissens das Hotel weiterempfehlen (schon früher geschehen). |

Le personnel, la séparation lors des petits déjeuners et des soupers entre les groupes constitués et les clients isolés, le buffet proposé le soir. Bien qu' isolé de l'agglomération, le bruit lié a une route proche pourrait être diminué par une qualité supérieure des menuiseries en double vitrage |

La situation , la chambre au dernier étage avec une très grande terrasse et un panorama splendide. Personnel très sympathique et attentionné. Le mobilier très viellot de la chambre, l'absence d'une table pour écrire. Quelques problèmes de chasse d'eau. |

Het bedienend personeel was, op een enkele uitzondering na, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant van uitstekende kwaliteit; bediening perfect. Internet onduidelijk; is voor verbetering vatbaar. Draadloos niet in gehele hotel, alleen in de lobby. |

restaurant was prima, wat normaal is bij 4 sterren, maar niet overal zo in Italië. eerste maal dat we een 4sterrenhotel hadden zonder bad in de badkamer; douche ook klein. Badkamer en kamer zouden groter kunnen - alleszinds zou dit mogen vermeld worden op de website. |

Verzorgde kamers, zeer verzorgd ontbijt in mooie locatie, vriendelijk personeel Sliepen in niet gerenoveerde kamer. Airco werkte onvoldoende tot slecht (veel lawaai weinig koeling). Zwembad ligt vlak naast openbare weg. |
