This comfortable and modern establishment has recently-renovated community spaces and is situated in the green oasis at the foot of the hill upon which Montecatini is built. The hotel offers guests a relaxing stay, close to the Spa and parks. This refined and elegant hotel currently features a new wellness center. This hotel has an attractive modern design theme, our room had been recently renovated so was in good condition, with a very nice bathroom, which has excellent fittings. Cosy beds and bedding, nice duvet included and plump pillows. Room was clean and comfortable. Spacious balcony with good views. Upgraded room was fairly priced. Balcony was not very clean. Tv has many channels but only Italian. Meal times are slighlty restrictive. The lift is a bit dated. The whirpool bath sprays water around bathroom.

Perfekte Lage für Fahrradtouren in die Berge. Zimmer neu renoviert und die Suiten biten einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind trotz Renovation hellhörig und dies stört besonders am Morgen ab 7.00 Uhr wenn die vielen Carreisende die in dem Hotel nächtigen aufstehen.

Cordialità dello staff, bella la junior suite allestimento ottimo bagno spettacolare con jacuzzi, una buona spa, la pulizia è molto accurata inoltre, la posizione dell hotel è ottima con un bel panorama. La prima notte abbiamo dormito nella stanza superior non mi è piaciuta la moquet all interno della stanza come anche nei corridoi, il letto scomodissimo materassi un pò datati, idem per l allestimento della camera, il bagno non è all altezza di una superior bello il marmo mha molto povero come allestimento. Il secondo giorno siamo stati nella junior suite tutt altro pianeta (molto bella).

Il personale era sempre presente, disponibile, professionale e discreto! La camera pulita e spaziosa. Azzeccato l' arredamento della Hall che da un ottimo impatto appena si arriva! Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera standard sprovvista di riscaldamento autonomo, quello centralizzato era disattivato. Si il freddo era inatteso però un Hotel a 4 stelle.......

Bella la piscina. Il centro benessere non è incluso nel prezzo della stanza, quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo è piuttosto basso. Il servizio bevande calde a colazione è scarso e la qualità non si addice ad un albergo 4 stelle.

Petit déjeuner correct Chambres sales avec vieux tapis - sauna payant (note salée à la sortie sans nous prévenir) - mauvaise insonorisation des chambres - chambre vétuste - bus remplis de personnes agées qui tiennent des conférence dans le hall- personel désagréable- les photos de l'hotel ne correspondent pas à la réalité

Bonne situation extérieure au centre ville, facile d'accès, parking privé. Piscine agréable et calme. Jardin petit mais bien entretenu. Petit- déjeuner sans luxe mais correct. Chambre confortable, sans grand luxe. Aspect extérieur qui mériterait d'être rafraîchi. Mauvaise insonorisation, beaucoup de bruit le matin dans les couloirs.

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is prima en er zijn altijd ligbedden beschikbaar bij het zwembad omdat de meeste mensen overdag steden bezoeken. Op de eerste avond kregen we een kamer waarin gerookt was (wij hadden niet-rokerskamer geboekt) en na aandringen van onze kant werden we de volgende dag naar een andere kamer gebracht die veel beter was. Hierin was het personeel zeer behulpzaam. Vanwege de switch hebben we een plezierig verblijf gehad. Ook hebben we zeer goede tips van het hotelpersoneel gekregen over goede restaurants! Het grootste probleem is dat de ontvangstruimte er prachtig uitziet (die gebruik je echter nagenoeg niet) maar die uitstraling komt niet overeen met de kwaliteit van de kamers. Verder zijn de drankjes erg prijzig (6 euro voor een biertje) en ook moet je betalen voor het gebruik van internet. Ontbijt is redelijk basic.

The junior suite is perfect with a small kid, nice view from the terrace, decent breakfast and friendly staff. Noisy people next door, but it's not Michelangelo's fault:)

- Der sehr hilfsbereite ältere Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (hat auch gut deutsch gesprochen). - das für ital. Verhältnisse umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet - Die sehr dunkel gehaltene Einrichtung, sowie die geschlossenen Jalousien im Frühstücksraum. - die Zimmer sind "etwas in die Jahre" gekommen

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime parkeerplaats. Rustige Ligging buiten het centrum wat wel prettig is. (kleine) maar propere kamer en badkamer. Tijdens ons verblijf maakte de airco een onaangenaam tikkend geluid, waardoor we bijna niet hebben kunnen slapen. Ontbijt is inderdaad erg basic.

mi hanno colpito le immagine sul sito ma una volta li ho scoperto che le camere non sono neanche lontanamente somiglianti a quelle delle immagini. Non è assolutamente un hotel 4 stelle ma un 3 stelle. il ristorante non è all'altezza del posto.
