It was very relaxing and quiet. A bit far from the center of town (1 to 1.5 miles), but definitely worth the walk. |

The food in the resturant was excellent quality and the service was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good too with lots to choose from. The rooms were very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in staying again. |

This proved to be a good-value hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, and helpful/friendly staff. The location was chosen as being very convenient for a conference, but was some distance from the centre of town. Minor problem - the coffee at breakfast was poor, and the 'hot' water for tea as an alternative was rather cool. |

the Hotel is within a walking distance from the central station and right on the river of florence and not so far from the market bridge, the hotel is very luxurious and comforting. |

Very clean hotels, staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not as good as another Starhotel we stayed in when we were in Milan. |

the hotel staff were not friendly with young traveller, they do not value young customer at all~!!!! very bad service by the staff in breakfast. the carpet in room was dusty. it is not near the city center at all, expect 30-40 minutes walk. they provide a short shuttle service which they do not advertise and is absolutely pointless. |

Very nice hotel, quiet and nice rooms. "0 min walking distance to the city centre. Reception personell was very friendly and gave good recommendations on places to eat. Arrived 9.30 at breakfast and no bread, tea or coffee was availeble. Poor when the breakfast is open to 10. |

Near by the citry centre. Accomodations quite clean and comfortable. Bathorom was very noisy (apparenty every time someone was taking a shower in the upper room that was an incredible noise of water leaking into my toiled).Another negative point was the very poor breakfast. The services in the restaurant was also awful and disapointing. |

We had an executive suite which was quite spacious. Good choice for breakfast and good availability. States if provides tea/coffee facilities. Don't think it appropriate to state this when you do not provide the milk! Several times over our stay, when we bathed or showered, the water was not very hot. |

Quasi tutto specialmente la professionalità dello staff, la pulizia, e il servizio di colazione. Anche la camera merita un voto lodevole. Il parcheggio non disponibile e il costo dello stesso. |

Lo mejor del hotel es que esta bastante cerca del centro. Esta a unos 10 min del ponte vecchio. La zona es tranquila, cerca de la embajada estadounidense, por tanto bastante segura. Esta muy cerca de la estación de tren de santa maria novella, a 4 min. Te enseñan su mejor foto, pero lo cierto es que nos metieron en la per habitación de la planta. Era la más pequeña, vistas de la habitación a un edificio contiguo, habia polvo en los armarios, no funcionaba la caja fuerte, solo tienen un canal de tv en castellano y el baño muy antiguo. No te daban ni un triste cepillo de dientes. Los recepcionistas ni te saludan (muy antipaticos). El cafe del desayuno muy pero que muy malo, lo hacen para que pidas uno a la carta que te vale 4 €. |

Apenas informar que é um bom hotel e, se comparado a outros na região com relação a preços, foi uma boa opção. Embora não tenha sido cobrado na hora do check out, queriam me cobrar 5 Euros por uma chícara de água quente. Ridículo!!!!! |
