Very clean hotels, staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not as good as another Starhotel we stayed in when we were in Milan. |

the hotel staff were not friendly with young traveller, they do not value young customer at all~!!!! very bad service by the staff in breakfast. the carpet in room was dusty. it is not near the city center at all, expect 30-40 minutes walk. they provide a short shuttle service which they do not advertise and is absolutely pointless. |

Very nice hotel, quiet and nice rooms. "0 min walking distance to the city centre. Reception personell was very friendly and gave good recommendations on places to eat. Arrived 9.30 at breakfast and no bread, tea or coffee was availeble. Poor when the breakfast is open to 10. |

Near by the citry centre. Accomodations quite clean and comfortable. Bathorom was very noisy (apparenty every time someone was taking a shower in the upper room that was an incredible noise of water leaking into my toiled).Another negative point was the very poor breakfast. The services in the restaurant was also awful and disapointing. |

We had an executive suite which was quite spacious. Good choice for breakfast and good availability. States if provides tea/coffee facilities. Don't think it appropriate to state this when you do not provide the milk! Several times over our stay, when we bathed or showered, the water was not very hot. |

The close proximity to the Train Station and to the famous bridges and the shopping area on Florence. The lack of taxis, the tiny room, the faded carpets, the basic bathroom no cakes with the deluxe room which were mentioned to come with the coffee, tea and hot chocolate! Selection at breakfast not plentiful and no pepper and salt on the tables for the eggs - had to ask for it every day. |

Es un hotel muy correcto, pero más de congresos que para turismo, creo. El desayuno un poco pobre y la distancia al cntro histórico, que no parece mucha sobre el papel pero sobre todo de noche cuesta caminar, te obliga al taxi o al bus. |

Le confort du lit, l'entretien de la chambre, le service au restaurant et à la chambre ainsi que la nourriture. Éléments du mini-bar et sachets de thé, tisane et bouilloire dans le chambre. Manque d'ambiance dans le lounge d'entrée. Café vraiment pas bon au petit déjeuner, ils devraient offrir des cappuccinos ou des allongées. |

El hotel nos ha encantado, la habitacion era mejor de lo que esperabamos, con moquetas, la cama enorme y muy comoda, con dos almohadas a elegir la que mas te gustase, tele grande y otra pequeñita en el baño, que era amplio limpio y con bañera. El desayuno bastante completo. Esta un poquito lejos del centro pero no demasiado, aunque a nosotros no nos importo porque fuimos con las bicis del hotel. |
