It was really cheap for everything they had to offer. The hotel is beautiful, the cleaning is really good and the room is extra- confortable. However, the website told me wrong about something, keep reading below:

I only booked this hotel because it was supposed to have a gym. I'm an athlete, so I have to spend at least one hour at the gym, daily. However it was a lie, there is no gym there. Today they use the room that was supposed to be a gym as a storage. I was really pissed off, and I think Booking.com should remove this information in the website - there is no gym whatsoever.

The breakfast is nice. The location is convenient enough.

The bike rental and shuttle bus to the city center don't exist in reality! The staff are not rude, but not friendly at all! Mini bar prices are ridiculously high!

Very clean & new. Firm beds. Hot showers.

The hotel was fairly clean and offered a comfortable atmosphere in the lobby/lounge.

First of all, the staff was not pleasant, friendly, or helpful. Second, our hot water was extremely limited and would not run consistantly enough even to take a short shower. Our room had a leak that started dripping in the middle of the night and became so bad we had to call the front desk. There solution was to place a towel up in the ceiling and told us it would be resolved the following day while we were out. When we returned that evening, we asked if the leak had been fixed and they said it was. Unfortunately, we learned late that the issue was not resolved and again the leak continued throughout the night. This building was built in the 80's however ,if you look up through the ceiling grid you can see all the pipes and air conditioning and heating units even though they try to hide them with random pieces of black fabric. Lastly, the wi-fi internet is only available in the lobby and is is slower than dial up and can only be accessed using a pass code that only last 30 minutes at a time. Extremely frustrating considering how slow it is. Our fist impession of the hotel was very good, but that is only an image they are not what they claim to be.

The upgrades to the main areas look great. The location is excellent, just off the main autostrada and a short 12 min walk to the centre..

They need to upgrade the rooms to the same style the main areas have been completed...

Enjoyed the stay. Modern clean hotel. Service was very good. The rooms were very good.

Breakfast was the same and really not up to 4 star standard. That was the only complaint.

The lobby is nice and comfort. The hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful.

The shuttle services is too rare. The buffet breakfast is generally good and not really excellant.

A very good hotel, excellent value for money, quiet area away from the busy city center but only 10 mins walk away from everything. Easy to find as it is close to the river. I very comfortable experience.

Totally enjoyed the experience, so I have no complaints.

The recently renovated room with wooden floor is very nice... I love it!!! I think all the carpets in any other rooms should be changed to wooden floor.

The staffs could be friendlier... I have stayed at this hotel for four times, they should have had my record or something...
