Michele is a super-friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful host. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was comfortable and homey, but had lots of really nice touches- like a tablet, great sound system, candle, and even beautiful tiles of cinqueterre in the shower with an excellent shower head. Located within easy walking distance of the train station, but far enough away to have neighbourhood character and on-street parking easy to find.
The check-out is at 11, but it says so in the policies.
This was my second stay at this B&B so I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed. Michele is an enthusiastic host who is keen to make you welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a good choice at breakfast. Our bathroom was spacious with a great shower. Michele's restaurant recommendations were excellent and he gave us a card which got us a discount at one of them. Two minutes walk from the train station. A great place to stay if you want to see Pisa or use it as a base for visiting other nearby attractions; Lucca, the Cinque Terre and Florence are all easily reached by train.
Super comfy bed. Michele very hospitable. Also good ice cream and restaurant recommendations. Nice cappuccino! Location means you get to walk the main tourist route easily.
Convenient location and high quality service and facilities at a reasonable price
Once you know that reception is across the street, no negatives.
Michele made us very welcome. He is passionate about Pisa, and gave us lots of good advice re what to see and where to eat. Location is ideal for the train station and not too far to walk to the main sights.
loved michele and his hospitality, and the room with blinds
wasn't much not to like
Michele the owner really goes the extra mile to welcome and advise his guests. He came out to show us up from our taxi, we were each shown the personal touches like his photographs printed on tiles in the bathrooms, he answered all our questions about Pisa and Tuscany, the list just goes on.
Not very central but that makes it quiet and you can walk everywhere in Pisa.
Very helpfull and friendly owner Michele - thank you for your suggestions wher to eat, what to see, where to take the pictures... ;-)
Michele was an excellent host. Informative and enthusiastic about his city. He upgraded our room to one with en suite bathroom as he thought we might not have noticed that we had booked one with a shared bathroom - we had noticed!
We expected to see a sign of some sort for the B & B so although we had been warned about calling at a different address first we were delayed a little in finding the correct address in the dark.
The B&B is very near to the train station, and all the attractions, it is also a very safe area. Lovely room with private bathroom. The breakfast is wonderful with home cooking. The advice and information is fantastic, found it very helpful.
Our room was very cozy, bed very comfortable and I loved the bathroom, especially the photos! Michele gave me some really good tips on restaurant.
This proved to be a very nice little B&B. Michele, who runs it made us feel very welcome and he gave us a lot of information on what to see and do. The room was very comfortable and there is air conditioning should you require it. Breakfast was good and the location is an easy 20 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. We were travelling with our own car and it developed a problem that meant we had to take it into a garage. The help that Michele gave us was fantastic. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Parking can be a bit difficult.
The owner was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We only spent one night there but would stop there again
We arrived very late and found it difficult to read the road signs so we ended up going round in circles.
My boyfriend and I stayed at B&B Tuscany Gallery in August as part of our inter-railing travels and absolutely loved it. It's a great location, and close to the station. The room was beautiful, breakfast amazing and the host was by far the best one we had all trip - so friendly, helpful and a pleasure to chat to. Would definitely Reccomend!
Michele is amazing. Our flight was very badly delayed and he stayed up til 2am for us. In the morning he served a delicious breakfast including home-made cake and he played short films of places to visit in Tuscany. We are a family of 5 and stayed in the 4-person family room with an extra bed. It was perfect - clean, comfy, cool, nice shower, even a games console for the children. Thank you Michele for a fantastic start to our holiday! We can't wait to come back.
Michele was a fantastic host. He told us all about where to go and what to see in Pisa. The apartment was clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was great
Our host was so helpful, giving us the best restaurants, sites and attractions to see as well as the history of Pisa. The bedroom was like a 4 star hotel with laptop stereo and flat screen TV.then there was the beautiful tiled photos in the bathroom- unique.
This was very close to the train station. The rooms were comfortable with very good facilities. The owner, Michele, is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this B&B.
Michele who runs the B&B contacted us by e-mail in advance providing a map and parking details before we set off. He was a font of Tuscan knowledge and extremely helpful. We were travelling around for a week and he showed us short videos every morning of the places we planned to visit with useful tips on a wide variety of subjects relevant to our holiday. As well as a very comfortable room and plentiful breakfast, he recommended a great restaurant in Lucca and his suggestion to stop at Civita De Bagnoregio and Montepulchiano were just what we were looking to find on our trip.
Not much to say here although you have to ring his bell on the opposite side of the street for him to let you in. This is not obvious and the B&B entrance hall is not nearly as nice as the breakfast area and the actual rooms themselves.
The location was brilliant. We were only passing through Pisa. This B&B is a few mins walk to the main train station, and a short cab ride to the airport. Michele was very hospitable, and kept in contact with us during the days leading up to the stay. He also gave us maps of the area, and made sure we could maximize our limited time in Pisa.
I was made very welcome when I arrived. The room was spacious and very clean. It was a quiet street, close to the train station and within a reasonable walking distance of all of central Pisa. Breakfast was basic but very nice and Michele provided information on the city and area and was very accommodating throughout.
Very clean, very gracious host, great breakfast, awesome tiling in the bathrooms.
Hard to find if you just go to the address. Need to read the fine print about what to look for.
Our host, Michele, went the extra mile for us. We also loved his beautiful photos of Pisa. Everything was very well appointed, comfortable, convenient.
Michele's hospitality and recommendations Spacious, clean and very well equipped room Video that was playing over breakfast - inspired us to see more of Tuscany Good selection for breakfast
B&B is in an apartment block and not called Tuscany Gallery so we were rather confused on our arrival. Fortunately another guest was leaving the building and advised us to knock on the door over the road where we were greeted by Michele. (I hadn't read the email asking for our arrival time to be given so this was partly our fault). Location wise it was great for the train station but the area was a bit run down.
Very attentive host who was very helpful. Close to station so onward travel was easy.
An old building so plumbing was a bit noisy.
