Excellent location (just 5 minutes' walk to Piazza Tasso), nice room with a big bed and a modern TV, computers for customers with free internet access, friendly receptionist. Poor breakfast, though it's common in Italy. |

Nice size room with a balcony. Free internet, the solarium on the top of the hotel provided a nice night view of Sorrento. The staff at the front desk were always helpful with directions and suggestions. We had a cot in our room as there were three of us staying there. Although I did not personally sleep on the cot, I was informed that it was not very comfortable. Very squeeky doors! |

As an experienced traveller I rate this hotel very highly. Its decorations and fittings were excellent and 'as new' - in addition to which its very central position was both good and quiet, the first (wong) five-second impression notwithstanding! All staff were genuinely nice and very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I have NO reservation in fully recommending this hotel Perhaps just a little pricey... |

Very clean,nice hotel with airconditioning in the room and the largest bathroom I've seen in this price range. Our room had a walkout terrace with a small table and chairs - perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine. The location in downtown Sorrento was excellent. Very easy walk to the old center of town, restaurants and train and bus station. There was a restaurant/bar that we could see in the courtyard from our second floor windows which started playing really loud music after dinner (on a Thursday nite). About midnite we had to shut the windows and turn on the AC to be able to sleep - and still had to use earplugs. We only stayed one nite, otherwise I would have asked to change rooms. |

Very interesting location, wwatching people on you balcony, or wasling to the down town, shopping. Take a boat to the Isle of Capri or a bus down the Amalfi coast. Lots of shops, restaurants. Train is very handy when going to see the ruins of Pompeii. |

This hotel has a prime location in the heart of Sorrento and yet is relatively quiet for its location, we did not hear much street noise which was very relaxing. The rooms are spacious (by European standards!) and the tiles on the floors were pretty and cool on the feet. Breakfast was well provided and the people were very friendly. |

Comfortable bed, good en suite, balcony, central area - in the centre of town and short walk to bus and train station. Good breakfast and helpful staff. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room or in a central area. |

Easily accessible - centrally placed for facilities in town - helpful staff. Evidence of damp coming through ceiling and walls in both room and shower room. Noise from nearby evening entertainment. Lack of free parking faciliities although we were given a free parking space which was very difficult to access as our car was rather large. Question below refers to guest reviews. The staff on reception were more than helpful. They gave directions to Pompei and advice as to how to get there in the most economical manner. Also provided a local map and information about what to see within walking distance. Free internet on two machines in reception.Location was close to restaurants and 20 mins walk from railway station. The only negative was breakfast. They were fairly slow to replace serial boxes which were empty - or the bread basket for toast. However, this minor thing would not stop us staying at hotel again. Overall it was excellent value for money. |

Very pleasant staff. Clean. Location of the hotel was excellent - only 10 minute walk from train station. The continental breakfast is somewhat limited compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Italy (toast, rolls, corn flakes.) Still, it was adequate for our needs and we had a great stay. |

The towels were changed regulary the bed sheets changed at least once during the week.Very clean and pleasant staff. The hotel was very central to the city two minute walk to the shops and about 15 min walk to the sea front. For a winter spot this was excellent. The only thing I would say is that at breakfast I would have liked to have been offered some yoghurtsbut otherwise very adequate for the price. |
