Location is excellent, very basic hotel, never anyone at desk which was irritating. Quite noisy, thin walls, hard bed. Breakfast ok, but when I arrived at 7 was told not ready til 7.30 by staff that could not communicate in English at all, it was V.annoying. It was clearly stated breakfast was from 7-10 and considering we were rushing for an 8 o clock trip...this didnt help! Price only reflected location, otherwise it should be a 25 quid a night b&b price range!

The room was clean, furnish with antiques, beautiful patio with plantes in the varand. a lot of stairs, if you're not in a good shape, please don't stay here, they don't have elevatour, not fun when you have three flight of stairs do clime and carring your suitcase.Breakfast nothing very exciting, not cheese at all,no ham.Would be nice if they could get at least one TV chanel in english with all the tourists, one channel its not that much.

Friendly/helpful staff; free internet, city location; room size adequate The room was very chilly with little resolution to the problem. There appeared to be mold in the bathroom.

I liked the breakfast and the fact that it wasnt on a main road and so had no car noise which can be a problem in Sorrento. The only problem is that it faces a school - and they are still in school even on a Saturday morning so it wasnt the quietest place from about 7 am!

This was a lovely little hotel. Everyone was very nice to us and the facilities were lovely. I especially like the lovely blue tile and the balconies with lovely views. We chose it based on a recommendation in the Rick Steves book and were not disappointed.

This was my third stay at this excellent hotel, situated right in the heart of Sorrento and perhaps 8 minutes walk from the Circumvesuviana station (where the bus from the airport also terminates). The hotel is sited on a narrow traffic-free lane off the Corso Italia, Sorrento's main street. Staff are courteous and helpful, the tiled rooms are comfortable and very clean (with safe, en suite (hot water and good shower pressure) and access to a balcony or the shared patio. Breakfast is simple but good, with cereals, fresh rolls, preserves, fresh fruit, cake etc with coffee, tea and juice. There is a roofspace with sunloungers and free wifi in rooms and wired internet access in a guest lounge are available. There is nothing I do not like about this hotel; it really is excellent value for money in an area which is not known for its cheap accommodation. It is opposite a school (teenagers) so mornings can be noisy from about 8am, especially in the rooms at the front. I find ear plugs are always useful in Italian hotels. The tiled floors help the rooms to stay cool in summer but if you visit in the colder months you may find taking your slippers a good idea....room heating is good, but the floors stay chilly!

It was clean and the staff spoke english and was friendly. They had a nice breakfast which was included. It was close to the center of town and the transportation. The walls were thin so you could hear people in adjoining rooms.

The Hotel Mignon Meublè is a great money-value at Sorrento, ita! The bedroom is nice and cozy. I really recommend it! Although the Hotel Mignon Meublè is very close to the city center (Cathedral), it is not so close to the Circumvesuviana Station. Although you can walk from the station to the hotel, you may reach the hotel tired, depending on the weight of your suitcase. Another comment is about the breakfast, which is fair, but not at the level of the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Mignon. It was just off the main road leading to all the shopping areas. It was a comfortable walk into the main square. It was a nice walk to the lift down to the marina area. It was a bit noisy at night sometimes, since it was close to the school in the area. But not in a bad way. The room was comfortable and had a balcony to sit outside. The breakfast was adequite, enough for the busy day ahead of sightseeing. The little bit of noise sometimes at night.

The hotel was well located in Sorrento so that there was little noise from outside. It was a short walk to the main square, to a parking garage, and the train station.

Close to the main street where all the boutiques and restaurants are. The breakfast was terrible. Food was old and somewhat stale. Cramped tables and staff not that friendly. Otherwise it was good value and good location. Just go buy a better meal when you leave.
