メリットはロケーションがいいのと、価格がリーズナブルな点くらい。家族／カップルの旅行には不向きです。- 寝れればいいから予算を抑えたいという人向きです。 webの評判が良かったので予約しましたが期待ハズレでした。ファミリー・ルーム（４人部屋）を予約したの- ですが、普通の部屋にダブルベッドと２台のソファベッドがあるだけ。部屋は掃除が行き届いておらず、蟻が部- 屋にいるし、シャッターも閉まらず。朝食もイタリアン・スタイルの非常に寂しいもので、結局外のバールに食- べに行っていました。良かった点はスタッフが親切なのと、シャワーの出が良かった事くらい。 |

The location was central to everything and also in a quiet area so no noise from passers by at night. Cleanliness was to a very high standard and the staff were fantastic. No english channels on the TV. Not good considering this rules out all English, Irish, Scottish, and American tourists or anyone else who can not understand italian very well |

The staff was very helpful. We had an unhappy experience at the Naples Train Station, my husband was pick-pocketed. The girls at the reception desk were so helpful. They saved us!!!! I have only positive things to say about this hotel and its staff. |

the hotel and staff were great what else can i say it was all excellent. we also had free access to the innernet. this was the only place where this service was provided and it was greatly appreciated. it was a bit crowded at breakfast time. |

Hotel is the excellent value for the price. Very central and close to everything location, comfortable and cosy, beautifully designed, spacious room and balcony, free pc and internet facilities available, cheerful helpful staff. Very Southern Italy experience. Breakfast is kind of a joke. If you get enough fresh panini and nutella you are lucky. Otherwise bad coffee, packed juice, simple cornflakes, jam and bread buiscuits. |

We only stayed for 2 nights but we did enjoyed it very much. Almost every room have balcony, wich is great, very clean and mignon. The breakfast ou petit déjeuner was good but fruits and toast only. I would recommanded it if you are looking for something nice near every store and restaurant. |

Hotel is convenient and centrally placed. Room and entrance was very clean and hotel provided what one would expect from a small budget hotel. Very suitable for one or two nights stay in Sorrento. Negatives are small. Female staff member appeared disinterested in her work and breakfast was just about ok. However, good assistance provided by male staff member so overall impression was good. |

Nearness to centre of Sorrento, very convenient for lovely restaurants and bars. Centre of historic places to see, very near to Circumvesuviana railway for Naples coast. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Nothing comes to mind |

Excellent location (just 5 minutes' walk to Piazza Tasso), nice room with a big bed and a modern TV, computers for customers with free internet access, friendly receptionist. Poor breakfast, though it's common in Italy. |

Nice size room with a balcony. Free internet, the solarium on the top of the hotel provided a nice night view of Sorrento. The staff at the front desk were always helpful with directions and suggestions. We had a cot in our room as there were three of us staying there. Although I did not personally sleep on the cot, I was informed that it was not very comfortable. Very squeeky doors! |

As an experienced traveller I rate this hotel very highly. Its decorations and fittings were excellent and 'as new' - in addition to which its very central position was both good and quiet, the first (wong) five-second impression notwithstanding! All staff were genuinely nice and very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I have NO reservation in fully recommending this hotel Perhaps just a little pricey... |
