The location was central to everything and also in a quiet area so no noise from passers by at night. Cleanliness was to a very high standard and the staff were fantastic.

No english channels on the TV. Not good considering this rules out all English, Irish, Scottish, and American tourists or anyone else who can not understand italian very well

centrally located for anything on Amalfi coast or Pompeii. Staff was super. Very lovel breakfast included in room rate.

the hotel and staff were great what else can i say it was all excellent. we also had free access to the innernet. this was the only place where this service was provided and it was greatly appreciated.

Hotel is the excellent value for the price. Very central and close to everything location, comfortable and cosy, beautifully designed, spacious room and balcony, free pc and internet facilities available, cheerful helpful staff. Very Southern Italy experience.

Breakfast is kind of a joke. If you get enough fresh panini and nutella you are lucky. Otherwise bad coffee, packed juice, simple cornflakes, jam and bread buiscuits.

We only stayed for 2 nights but we did enjoyed it very much. Almost every room have balcony, wich is great, very clean and mignon. The breakfast ou petit déjeuner was good but fruits and toast only. I would recommanded it if you are looking for something nice near every store and restaurant.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Easy walk to the trains still in the old part of town and so close to shopping and restaurants.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was charming and in a great location. The hotel offered free internet access on two computers.

Nice size room with a balcony. Free internet, the solarium on the top of the hotel provided a nice night view of Sorrento. The staff at the front desk were always helpful with directions and suggestions.

We had a cot in our room as there were three of us staying there. Although I did not personally sleep on the cot, I was informed that it was not very comfortable. Very squeeky doors!

The hotel was clean, friendly and had all the facilities we needed at a reasonable price.

Very clean,nice hotel with airconditioning in the room and the largest bathroom I've seen in this price range. Our room had a walkout terrace with a small table and chairs - perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine. The location in downtown Sorrento was excellent. Very easy walk to the old center of town, restaurants and train and bus station.

There was a restaurant/bar that we could see in the courtyard from our second floor windows which started playing really loud music after dinner (on a Thursday nite). About midnite we had to shut the windows and turn on the AC to be able to sleep - and still had to use earplugs. We only stayed one nite, otherwise I would have asked to change rooms.
