We could check-in early, room & bathroom were very clean and very well designed, hotel location was excellent with metro station just adjacent and main railway station just 10 minutes walk away. Nothing !!!

The hotel was well worth the travelling for.. First time in milan and I would defo go back to stay in the hotel again. Clean, comfy and friendly staff. Recommended. Nothing I didn't like.

The subway was handy being right beneath The staff looked on and didn't offer to help with the luggage up the stairs from the carpark. Only one wifi code issued for each room. So if you have an I pad and a phone or lap top you can only access the wifi for free on one of them. Big thumbs down

Even though the location was far from the city center,the underground station was just beneath it, which made our transportation much easier. Some rooms are so noisy after midnight beacuse of the high noise comes from the nightclub.

Staff were helpful and room were spacious and clean eso the bathroom was very big. It difficult to turn on or off the lights coz no clear indication on the panel. If have hot breakfast like omelet will be perfect. Not enough towels in the bathroom.

The location is good, just 10mins walking distance from central station and it's right at the exit at one of the metro station, it's good the hotel is right in front of u when u walk out of the metro especially in cold weather. Staff are friendly and helpful, I stayed there alone but on the day I checked out, I had 7 friends coming in and stored their luggages at the hotel for few hrs, the staff were really willing to help! Great service! Initially I were told that wifi was not free, but when I told them Booking.com indicated it's free, the staff gave me one wifi coupon cor free for 24hrs and I had to request it on each day. The coupon is only for one device only, when I used for notebook I couldn't use it for iPhone. That's the only drawback for the hotel, anything else is good.

Very well located and comfortable rooms. I find it very annoying that in the description in Booking.com it is indicated free wifi.WIFI Is not for free in all areas as indicated on booking.com!!! It is only available at the ground floor at the hotel computer. Also, in Booking.com it was indicated that this hotel has a shuttle service to the airport. We were informed that this service is only available at other Crowne Plaza Hotels in Milan but not the one in Milan City. It takes approx. 15 min to walk to the buses at the cs which does not make it convenient at all, especially when one of the reasons for booking the hotel was to have a shuttle service from the hotel...
