Huoneiden siisteystaso ja viihtyisyys yleensä oli todella hyvää. Palvelut respassa toimivat ihan mukavasti ja hotellin varustelotaso oli korkeaa luokkaa. Metropysäkki aivan hotellin oven vieressä, josta pääsi ydinkeskustaan (Duomo) muutamassa minuutissa. Hotellin takapihan puolella on yökerho josta kuuluu jonkin verran meteliä, mutta eipä se menoa juurikaan haitannut. Äänieristys oli kuitenkin kohtuullisen hyvä. Aamiainen olisi saanut kuulua hintaan. |

Uusi ja todella siisti. Kaikki mukavuudet. Metrolla pääsi helposti keskustaan ja juna-asemalle pääsi kävellen. |

the hotel is a straight 5 min walk from ''central station'' so it was very easy to find it if u use the airport shuttle, the ''sondrio'' subway station is right next to the hotel, which made transport easy wherever u want to go. I don't know about other rooms but the junior suite was comfortable, there's a seating area, the bathroom was big enough and nothing u can think about was missing, and if u r a smoker, there r smoking rooms. it's disappointing to have such a nice hotel in such an area, it's essentially a business district so there's nothing around, not even a little market to buy water or other things u might need, no shops, and apart from one pizzeria (that i highly recommend for its cheap rates and good food, via gioia #53) situated at a 10 min walk from the hotel, restaurants are rather far. |

Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was nice, staff polite, and the hotel's location is just on a metro station thus very convenient. I would go again. Internet connection was very slow all the time. The gym is almost non-existent (3 treadmils and that's all) |

Nice rooms, very good location, friendly staff. They came to clean the room at 5PM which of course is not a suitable hour when they had all morning and the room was a mess. Some stains here and there. |

Everyone, and I mean everyone, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our visit was from Nov. 1-5 and all employees at the front desk and restaurant should be commended for their exceptional attitude. The wireless Internet was very slow and often did not work. |

The hotel is new and modern style and very comfortable for me. Located in a very convenient place, right in front of Sondrio metro station (yellow line, one stop from Central Station) and convenient for sightseeing as well as for shopping. There are caffe, bar nearby and bancomat nearby. The reception staff was very helpful and provided information and assistence that I needed to fulfill the purposes of my visit to the city. The entire bathroom was of an adequate, comfortable size, but the toilet was placed in a bit narrow space and I hit and got slightly hurt my hand with the stainless steel cover for the toilet paper holder. I think it should be replaced or removed to prevent similar accidents. |

Hotel is clean, modern and newly renovated. I like the free internet service provided. Very convenient and direct access to underground subway station. Staff is also helpful in providing basic info around the city. The only thing I dislike is that they no F&B outlets or convenient store within walking distance to hotel. |

Location is fantastic. Right next to metro and train station is about 10min walk. By metro you can reach doumo in 5 stop (15min). Decoration is modern and bright. Great hotel. During our stay there is some problem in the hot water in the bathroom, the water coming out is dirty with sand. But become clear after we open it about 5 mins. I think the desk should inform us before we find out the problem when we are about to bath. |

The quality of the rooms was fantastic for the price, having stayed in Milan many times before I have never found a hotel for this price of this quality. Light switches in room not clearly marked and difficult to figure out for first couple of days - also air conditioning a little temperamental. Not a very nice location which must be reflected in the price, although the fact that there is a metro entrace right next door prevents this affecting your stay. |

loved the modern decor and the garden was brilliant to relax in after a days touring and in the evening after a meal in the restaurant on the first floor. Although I did feel the waiter in the restaurant could have been more friendly. |

The hotel was very modern. We were in Milan for two days and the location was very convenient. A metro stop is right at the door which made it easy to hope on and off to see the sites. It was very convenient that they had two computers in the lobby where you could access the internet. There is a night club two doors down from the hotel and at night the music was loud enough that it could be heard in the hotel. |
