スーペリアルームに宿泊しましたが、部屋が広くベッドなども清潔でとても快適でした。私は一人でしたが、洗- 面台が2つあったので、友達や夫婦で宿泊しても、朝、ゆったりとすごせると思います。電気ポットやペットボ- トルのお水が1本サービスなど、ちょっとしたコーヒーなどを飲めたのも良いサービスだと思いました。また、- 日本語放送が聴けたのも良かったです。かなりオススメのホテルです。

中央駅から近いのですが、中央駅の裏側を歩いていかなくてはいけないので、夜、女性の一人歩きは危ないと思- います。また、周りにレストランなどがないのが、少し残念です。

駅のすぐ上というのが大変よかった。部屋もモダンでセンスがよい。一日一本お水が無料なのも嬉しかった。

バスタオルが一枚も揃ってなかった日があった（すぐに持ってきてくれたものの・・・入浴始めていたので困っ- た！）

Everyone, and I mean everyone, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our visit was from Nov. 1-5 and all employees at the front desk and restaurant should be commended for their exceptional attitude.

The wireless Internet was very slow and often did not work.

The hotel is new and modern style and very comfortable for me. Located in a very convenient place, right in front of Sondrio metro station (yellow line, one stop from Central Station) and convenient for sightseeing as well as for shopping. There are caffe, bar nearby and bancomat nearby. The reception staff was very helpful and provided information and assistence that I needed to fulfill the purposes of my visit to the city.

The entire bathroom was of an adequate, comfortable size, but the toilet was placed in a bit narrow space and I hit and got slightly hurt my hand with the stainless steel cover for the toilet paper holder. I think it should be replaced or removed to prevent similar accidents.

Hotel is clean, modern and newly renovated. I like the free internet service provided. Very convenient and direct access to underground subway station. Staff is also helpful in providing basic info around the city.

The only thing I dislike is that they no F&B outlets or convenient store within walking distance to hotel.

The location is right at the underground station. Very convenient to move from place to place. The room is big and the design is great.

The quality of the rooms was fantastic for the price, having stayed in Milan many times before I have never found a hotel for this price of this quality.

Light switches in room not clearly marked and difficult to figure out for first couple of days - also air conditioning a little temperamental. Not a very nice location which must be reflected in the price, although the fact that there is a metro entrace right next door prevents this affecting your stay.

The quality of breakfast and the location of the room I stayed in. It the room had overlooked the street it woudl have been too noisy.

It was little outsdie the centre of Milan

I liked the helpfulness of the staff and the convenient location of the hotel. It made travel within the city very easy.

The staff were extremely helpful and English widely spoken. The hotel was very clean and new.
