Въпреки , че е близо до летището е доста обезшумен.Нов, комфортен за кратък престой Имах проблем с обяснението на персонала за транспорт от летището до самия хотел. Направих три обаждания - едно от България и две от летището и едва на четвъртото обаждани ми бе обяснено , че от 13 часа до 20 часа няма транспорт до хотела и автобуса тръгва срещу 4 врата на летището и е №19. Доста се бях притеснила защото престоях около два часа на летището |

The hotel was ultra clean and modern, a welcome surprise. Very close to airport and shuttle provided. Awesome breakfast included. Great stay for a return home from Italy! |

Close to the airport, convenient shuttle service, very convenient rooms and luxury impression. There is no restaurant in the hotel but at 10 min. walk a great italian restaurant. The hotel has no restaurant. There is a very good italian restaurant at 10 min. walk but with bad weather this is not convenient. |

The hotel is in a very good location, accessible by hotel shuttle as well as airport terminal transfer. It is very clean, looks quite new and I also liked that all my questions to the staff were answered friendly and promptly. I thought that there was too little information about the hotel services in the room, for instance there was no information at all about at what time was the breakfast hours. |

This was a last minute booking (meaning 3 hours prior arrival) and late arrival for a stop-over. Shuttle from airport finishes at 22h30. Welcome was good (in English), we could have 2 rooms next to each other with separate beds for the kids and queen for us. This is a brand new hotel with very nice shower, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, etc. Shuttle to airport starts at 6h05, and it is the same than the Crown Plaza. You need to get out of airport, t1, exit 3 and cross the street to find the mini-bus parking. We missed breakfast, due to early departure - it starts at 6h30 on week-end. |

Hotel is well situated close to the airport. Large parking place next to entrance is a big plus. Rooms are spacy. Overpriced food automat in first floor, where a 1/2-liter bottle of water costs 2 eur. |

The beds are large and comfortable. Spacious, modern, well planned rooms. Great for overnight stay if you want to be close to the airport. Breakfast was adequate and better than most HI Express. Staff were very friendly. |

The proximity to the airport, and the airport shuttle. Good breakfast, too. Real food! I saw no instructions posted on how to get the lights to work, and the television. I had to ask. It would make sense for the hotel to give that information to guests as soon as they check in. |

Location Shuttle bus only started @ 6.15 morning........... Airport 2.3 miles from hotel... had to get a taxi costing 20 euros as my KLM flight departed @ 6.50 |

The hotel was close to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff directed us to their sister hotel for dinner (Crown Plaza), which is a 5-10 min walk through a dark residential area. It was overpriced and typical restaurant food. They failed to tell us about local restaurant that was closer and more reasonably priced. Also, the shuttle to the airport in the morning was a joke. The vans showed up from the Crown Plaza already full with little or no room for the many guests needing rides. There was no organization and even those with reservations were not provided a ride when requested. The van in the evening only runs every hour so we took the airport bus and got dropped off on a dark, desserted road, with no real idea where we were going. The hotel should do a better job with transportation. |

Great breakfast, good staff, nice hotel--but I would not stay again due to airport shuttle problems. You really need to fix this. When 25 people with luggage need to get to the airport at the same time you just can't have an 8 person shuttle to serve them. Shuttle should also drop people off near their departing airline. Tourist frustrations must drive the staff crazy. It's not fair to them either. |

Nice and new with knowledgeable staff. Free Airport shuttle was a bonus. Location is a bit dreary No possibility to eat a warm meal at the hotel in the evening. Pizzeria is about 1.5km away - a nice walk in September but in January? |
