Nice and new with knowledgeable staff. Free Airport shuttle was a bonus. Location is a bit dreary No possibility to eat a warm meal at the hotel in the evening. Pizzeria is about 1.5km away - a nice walk in September but in January? |

Very close to airport. Internet works really well. Parking. New, clean structure. Internet should be free. Restaurant would be a plus. |

My husband and I were able to sleep very well. The hotel had a fresh new look. Bright and very inviting. Colors used were vibrant. Excellent! wish the hotel's shuttle had more trips to and from airport. |

Clean modern rooms. Good bathrooms. Helpful staff. No direct hotel-airport shuttle during the day. Internet was expensive. Limited hanging space. Ethernet cable didn't work but wifi was adequate. |

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff, once you reach the hotel is very helpful and accomodating...the shuttle back to the airport worked well and the breakfast buffet was fabulous! There is no restaurant at the location and the shuttle from the airport was non-existent for us! Airport information was closed and thus began the nightmare! My mama (88 yrs old) and I took the airport bus, the driver let us out on the highway and we had to cross a very busy higway and walk with all of our luggage...mama with her bad leg! Unfortunately I had no cell phone with me to call the hotel. There should be better postings at the airport, as to the shuttle schedule and how to reach the hotel! I can tell you, I was wishing I had chosen another location for our last night in Milan! |

I liked the room and the clean modern design and convenience to airport. It did not have a restaurant and the shuttle did not run in the afternoon. |

Breakfast provided and shuttle to the airport upon check-out. Counting on the hotel shuttle picking us up at the airport and taking us directly to the hotel. Trouble finding the"Bus" that would take us to hotel. And were let off in the middle of the "country" road and had to walk about 2 blocks to the hotel with luggage. No restaurant and because of "country" location, had to walk about more than a half mile to the only restaurant in the area (Crowne Plaza?) |

I liked that it had a bar/food service other than just the breakfast buffet. My problems were more with the airport that it is close to. However, the hotel could do a better job of communicating the method of finding transportation from the airport as the airport is no help, esp. if you don't speak Italian. The pay phones are bad at the airport. It would be nice if there was a courtesy phone to call to find out how to find the shuttle. I was directed by a cab driver to the wrong level and the wrong transport. The cab driver would not take me there either. |

The room was comfortable, the staff was very courteous and helpful, the breakfast was very nice and we appreciated the shuttle to the airport in the morning! I wish they had a full service restaurant, I did not like having to walk to another hotel for a dinner. |

Nice room and helpful staff, free shuttle bus to the airport which needs reservation in advance. If you arrived at night the hotel can only offer snack food and there is no restaurant nearby and the traffic to the downtown is not convienent. Good for business man but not tourists |
