Near the Malpensa Airport.

The staff was not helpful at all--didn't know how to get to Terminal 1 to return a rental car, made no effort to assist, very unconcerned about guests.

Perfectly clean absolutely comfortable room with amazing linens! Excellent guest service, literally 30 eecond check in time.

The airport shuttle is not really 24 hours as advertised. A 5 minute taxi ride to the airport was €18!

Relatively large room, convenient location, cleanliness, general presentation, price.

It had a free shuttle,breakfast was included in our rate,nice and clean,restaurant on site ideal for a transit stopover between flights

Limited to 1 hour wifi in the room unless a " member" of some holiday inn club but they did allow free access to their desk top computers in the foyer area

Our stay at the hotel was most enjoyable. The staff in the reception area were very friendly and efficient. The bedroom was immaculate and looked as if it it had recently been upgraded. the room was fitted with everything that travellers. The buffet breakfast was of a very high standard and we really appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. We hope to come to the hotel again in the future.

The outside garden areas needed attention to keep in line with the excellent standard of the hotel.

Τhe Hotel was very-very clean and very close to the airport for an early flight in the morning!! The breakfast was also more than i was expected!!

We have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express Hotels: this is the best, yet ; the room and bathroom were quite spacious and very modern with plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. and a roomy & very comfortable bed. It was nice and quiet for sleeping. The hotel shuttle was prompt, in the morning.

A small transportation detail:upon arrival, don't wait for the hotel's shuttle - do use the airport's free shuttle between airport terminals 1 & 2 (request the Casa Nuove stop); one has a short, but dark walk, and though the hotel is in sight, it feels a bit far - great if you're with someone else!

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great value for money. Very convinient especially if you arrive late in the evening, you can comfortably stay overnight (park your car as well) and continue your journey in the morning.

Hotel is close to Malpensa Airport, just 5-minute drive. Hotel room is spacious and with big bathroom, clean and comfortable.

The airport shuttle is 30 minutes late! I arrived the airport after 11 pm and intended to take the last shuttle for hotel at 11:30 pm. However, the shuttle did not arrive after 12 am. Some guests made a few calls to the hotel to enquire the shuttle and were told it would arrive in 5 minutes. We had been waiting o0utside the airport for 30 minutes and got freezed!

Location was great! Very near the airport. They provided a shuttle service to & from the airport. FREE wifi if you're a Priority Club Member. Also includes a great buffet breakfast. We will be staying in this hotel the next time we need one near the Milan airport. Thanks to Julie Anne from the restaurant and Rolando (shuttle service) who were both exceptional!

I think I had lost my Gold Bracelet in the room and had sent a E-mail but this was unfortunately not replied.

The hotel was equipped with more or less all facility that you may need to spend a night and the breakfast was very good. it was clean and modern. i recommend the hotel highly. helpful reception staff.

Precious and polite staff, good location. Everything is nice, clean, and tidy. Food served in the bar is allright. Breakfast is fine, only but important thing is not placed in the breakfast buffet - water :)).

Nowhere written at the airport how to get there however this is an airport hotel and can be reached within 3 mins by bus. Heating system is poor in rooms (you cant heat up the rooms to same temperature like lobby or even the corridors), we asked for another room, it was better but just enough.

Proximity to airport was great. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was extensive and very good.

There is only one decent restaurant within walking distance for an evening meal. Crowne Plaza dining room, walking distance from this hotel, is terrible.

It was close to Milan Malpensa airport with a free shuttle in the mornings and in the evenings. We arrived at lunch time and were able to get the free airport bus between terminals which dropped us at a bus-stop within easy walking distance to the hotel. Hotel is ideal for an airport stop over. Excellent breakfast included in rate.

That I forgot a scarf and when I went to the room to get it the cleaners had left and did not report the scarf to reception so actually I lost the scarf i dont like that in europe normally they charge for the internet

The arrangements in place for travelling to and from the airport were not satisfactory, and neither were they well-explained by staff at the front desk. We stayed there because of is proximity to terminal 1 and because the website said that the hotel offered a regular shuttle service. What they did not say was that it was necessary, for most of the day, to ring from the airport, and that even then the next shuttle would not come till 15 min past the next hour. When we commented on this, it was not made clear that an alternative solution was to catch the inter-terminal shuttle and get off/on at a bus- stop less than 3 min walk from the hotel. This simple piece of communication would have saved us a lot of time and frustration.
