私の勉強不足だと思いますが、空港からホテルへの送迎バスの乗り方がわかりませんでした。警察に聞いても間- 違ったことを教えられ諦めてタクシーに乗ろうとしたら運転手が乗り場を教えてくれました。そのまま、乗せれ- ばいいのに親切な人だと感激しました。送迎バス自体は快適でした。 |

深夜便での到着で ホテルまでタクシーで５分の立地が便利でした。翌日空港まで無料シャトルで送って貰い、バスでミラノ市内へ- 。夜早めにゆっくり休むことができて 良かったです。 |

設備が新しいﾎﾃﾙ。欲を言えば、空港無料ｼｬﾄﾙﾊﾞｽの午後便があればよかった。（午前便と深夜便は充- 実）。無料朝食の種類も観光地並に豊富。 |

ホテルスタッフの感じがよいことと、空港からのシャトルサービスなど交通が便利。 初めての場合には空港のシャトルバス乗り場がわかりにくい。ターミナル１の19番のりばとwebに書いてほ- しい。バスが小さく、満員になったことも。 |

夜遅く成田より到着しましたが静かで快適に宿泊できました。コーヒーMakerがあり暖かい飲み物が飲めて- 良かったです。 朝は6時05分のShuttle Bus で空港に行きましたが朝食が６：００からでありパンをかじっての乗車とりましたBus にあわせて5時50分くらいからの食事だとよいのでは 6人に人が食堂が開くのをまっていました。あと 空港でのShuttle Bus 乗り場がなかなか見つからないのでこまりました。地図が欲しいです。 |

Twinが、早割りで€75だったが、この値段を考えると、空港からのシャトルバスもあり、朝食も充実して- いて、とても良かった。 強いて言えば、飛行機の離着陸の音がややきになるが、支障はなかった。 |

●冷蔵庫位は欲しい。●空港朝６：４５のフライトを利用したが、ホテルからのシャトル始発が６：００過ぎに- ならないとなく、空港ホテルを利用しているにも関わらず、１５ユーロ（チップ込み２０ユーロ）を払ってタク- シーに乗らざるを得なかった。これなら個人的には市内駅近くのホテルに泊まり、朝一のマルペンサエクスプレ- スを利用した方がまだマシかもしれない。朝９：００以降のフライトで宿泊する以外は余りお勧めできない。 |

SHUTTLE BUSの情報を、ホームページに掲載したほうがよい。 建材・壁紙等の化学物質の臭いがひどかった。朝食の飲物がおいしくない。カフェマシーンが良くない。 |

空港から徒歩圏かと勝手に期待していたが、徒歩では無理。但し、隣接するホテル群の中では近い部類であるこ- とは確か。内装、リネンは清潔。但し壁が薄く、隣室の話し声がよく聞こえた。 |

Close to the airport, convenient shuttle service, very convenient rooms and luxury impression. There is no restaurant in the hotel but at 10 min. walk a great italian restaurant. The hotel has no restaurant. There is a very good italian restaurant at 10 min. walk but with bad weather this is not convenient. |

The hotel is in a very good location, accessible by hotel shuttle as well as airport terminal transfer. It is very clean, looks quite new and I also liked that all my questions to the staff were answered friendly and promptly. I thought that there was too little information about the hotel services in the room, for instance there was no information at all about at what time was the breakfast hours. |

This was a last minute booking (meaning 3 hours prior arrival) and late arrival for a stop-over. Shuttle from airport finishes at 22h30. Welcome was good (in English), we could have 2 rooms next to each other with separate beds for the kids and queen for us. This is a brand new hotel with very nice shower, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, etc. Shuttle to airport starts at 6h05, and it is the same than the Crown Plaza. You need to get out of airport, t1, exit 3 and cross the street to find the mini-bus parking. We missed breakfast, due to early departure - it starts at 6h30 on week-end. |

Hotel is well situated close to the airport. Large parking place next to entrance is a big plus. Rooms are spacy. Overpriced food automat in first floor, where a 1/2-liter bottle of water costs 2 eur. |

The beds are large and comfortable. Spacious, modern, well planned rooms. Great for overnight stay if you want to be close to the airport. Breakfast was adequate and better than most HI Express. Staff were very friendly. |

The proximity to the airport, and the airport shuttle. Good breakfast, too. Real food! I saw no instructions posted on how to get the lights to work, and the television. I had to ask. It would make sense for the hotel to give that information to guests as soon as they check in. |
