Besides the fact that the accomodation rate of €219 per night that I was charged is extremely expensive, and you are only taking advantage of the the event of the gp at Monza to charge unfairly such a rate, I think that not including breakfast in that rate was just totally unexpectable! In fact I consider it a theft. Now that I have met the city of Milan and because I liked it very much I will be visiting constantly the city but I am never going to book at Ledra Marriot again. |

I assume Marriott is the only affordable hotel in this part of the city which offers acceptable,comfortable rooms .I'm really tired of lifestyle hotels in Milan where usually the minimalism means you can't even unpack your luggage because of lack of space. Rooms at Marriott are spacious, you have proper bed-sheet ! (difficult to find it in Milan's hotels), curtains, desk, chairs, minibar, proper bathroom...etc. so basically what a hotel room supposed to have. Reception staff is helpful. Functional, perfect for business travelers. However don't book this hotel if you are on a romantic trip. It is a bit old hotel. Awful deco in the lobby. you have the feeling you are in the 70's. But if you are on a business trip you do not really care. The gym needs a facelift urgently. |

Wir waren früher schon in dem Hotel, und alles war super. Aber diesmal war der Service im Restaurant, mittel/schlecht ( obwohl die Preise für die Speisen recht hoch waren). Zudem hatten wir probleme mit der Garage. Das System ist nicht sehr gut. Jedesmal wenn wir das Auto gebraucht haben, mussten wir bezahlen ( dauert immer ca. 15 min. ) und am Abreisetag wollten Die die Gesamtgebühren nochmal kassieren. Daraufhin meinte ich das ich alles schon bezahlt hätte, und musste diese kleinen Quittungen vorzeigen ( gut das ich diese noch aufbewaht hatte ) War am schluss kein Problem, aber um das ganze zu klären hat es 20 min gedauert. Es war eine businessreise, und jedesmal 15-20 min verlieren, wegen solchen kleinigkeiten, ist ärgerlich |

Vi liker atmosfæren når vikommer inn i lobbyen, servicen er utmerked, og rommene med de fantastiske gode sengene med de gode putene. Spisesalen og maten synes vi er helt utmerked samt hyggelig "staff" som vi kjenner igjen fra gang til gang. Et meget behagelig og avslappende hotell, som fungerer i alle ledd. Topp , hvis det hadde vært svømmebasseng.!!!!! |
