Good comfortable rooms, Well presented and lots of variety breakfasts. Friendly staff. Good reception facilities. Excellent location with good access to all principal visitor sites. |

The location of the hotel was great. the room was clean and towels were changed every day. Unfortunately there were lots of things we didnt like. The beds were terrible, very uncomfortable pillows, heating/air-conditioner didnt work and nobody bothered to fix it after we spoke to the stuff. As room was facing the street it was incredibly noisy too. Paper walls. Breakfast was really poor!! The worse we have ever experienced for a 3 star hotel! And same every morning. Very disappointing for the average rating of 8! |

staff is very kind and helpful. rooms were clean and room services are very well priced. its also in a very good location. at the heart of the city for a backpacker. it is also well heated and has a airconditioning system. |

The best you get for the best price! after i made a lot of searchs u can say this: its the best location ever! great price! nice staff! The breakfast was ok but hey - who the hell go to italy and drinking coffe from the hotel when you have outsite the best coffe ever.. |

spacious room and bathroom, modern and new furnishing in both, meticulous cleaning of the room, excellent location regardng Termini Station. Old furnishing of entrance and reception desk, little bit poor breakfest, old and noisy elevator. |

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great. Short walk from attractions and lots of restaurants and shops closeby. Breakfast was abundant but very unappetising. Scrambled eggs were hard. Bacon was overcooked and very greasy. Bread was not fresh. |

The hotel is in a very convenient point of the city, very close to the Termini station.The room was very clean. the only complain we have is about the bed:although the bed was double, there were two single mattresses placed on one base, that either were too soft and not flat in the middle or even were getting apart while sleeping and that made the bed really uncomfortable. we woke up in pain every morning! |

Location The reception failed to forward messages. The receptionist told us false information about how long it would take to get to the airport by the leonardo Express (1 hour he said, while it is 30 minutes) - he was talking way too much in favour to take a taxi he would call for us. I do not think is nice. |

It was close to station and thus you were able to get around Rome very easily via metro and or train. Staff were ok, but not overly helpful. Room was small but clean and airy with air con. In need of some maintenance, eg knobs came off cupboards, shower etc but on the whole it was a pleasant stay. |

It was within easy walking distance from Termini Station and the surrounding area was pleasant with some reasonable restaurants nearby.The room was spotless and well appointed and staff spoke good english. |

Very clean, comfortable hotel with very helpfull staff in a good area centrally located, near the railway station. Just a small thing, they stated in their booking adverstisment that they had a shuttle bus to the airport. This was one of the things I took into account when booking to find It cost €50 each way. |

arrangements went really well. they had transportation arranged for me as requested in the email for the morning to the airport. check in was a breeze. they made it very easy. air conditioning was only fair...it took 2 phone calls to the front desk to help fix it. It took hours for the room to cool down because the cold air wasn't very cold. |

The Milani is literally 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini station. It is central to most places of interest and near the bus terminal. There are plenty of reasonably priced pizzerias in the area. The rooms are a reasonable size and clean. Breakfast is substantial and good quality and the staff are helpful and speak good English. I have used this hotel on several visits to Rome. |

The room was fairly large compared to other hotels I stayed in while in Italy. It was very clean and reasonably quiet. The location was great, just a 5 minute walk from Termini station. I would certainly stay here again. |
