It was close to station and thus you were able to get around Rome very easily via metro and or train. Staff were ok, but not overly helpful. Room was small but clean and airy with air con. In need of some maintenance, eg knobs came off cupboards, shower etc but on the whole it was a pleasant stay. |

Very clean, comfortable hotel with very helpfull staff in a good area centrally located, near the railway station. Just a small thing, they stated in their booking adverstisment that they had a shuttle bus to the airport. This was one of the things I took into account when booking to find It cost €50 each way. |

arrangements went really well. they had transportation arranged for me as requested in the email for the morning to the airport. check in was a breeze. they made it very easy. air conditioning was only fair...it took 2 phone calls to the front desk to help fix it. It took hours for the room to cool down because the cold air wasn't very cold. |

The Milani is literally 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini station. It is central to most places of interest and near the bus terminal. There are plenty of reasonably priced pizzerias in the area. The rooms are a reasonable size and clean. Breakfast is substantial and good quality and the staff are helpful and speak good English. I have used this hotel on several visits to Rome. |

The room was fairly large compared to other hotels I stayed in while in Italy. It was very clean and reasonably quiet. The location was great, just a 5 minute walk from Termini station. I would certainly stay here again. |

Fairly Central Water dripping onto my bed for 2 nights from the AC unit nad staff refused to do anything about it. Smelled like smoke and the doors were ocked when I returnedat midnight one evening and could not get in. Surly staff and unhelpful workers made for a generally unpleasant stay. For the price you could do much better in Rome. |

The reception staff were excellent - so important as first impressions are usually lasting. The standard of cleanliness was also excellent. For our particular purpose, the nearness of the hotel to Termini and main tourist attractions was the major consideration and worked out wonderfully well. Thank you to all the staff. The people in the next bedroom were particularly noisy until about 3.30pm. When we raised this issue on the next day with reception staff we were told just to contact reception if it happened again as they would take appropriate steps. Thankfully it was a "one-off" but the response of the reception staff had been reassuring. |

Old world on the outside but modern, comfortable room, especially nice, new bathroom. Lighting very dim - hard to even read a book at night time. Airconditioning only worked withn key in slot and didn't seem to adjust. With summer weather, would have been good to come back to cool room after a day sightseeing.. |

This hotel was in a great location 1 block back from Termini railway station. As such it had great access to both the Metro, taxis and the Eurostar. Only a few minutes walk from Termini, no need to catch a taxi like us for 8 euros for 150 metres. There were also a number of restaurants, supermarket, and laundry mat nearby. The staff were generally helpful and spoke English, and the room was good. The neighbourhood was good and we felt safe all the time. There is internet access although a little slow. Overall it wasn't the best hotel of my trip, but I was happy with it and would stay there again. |

Location, size, dedor, cleanliness of room and the bathroom excellent for a three star hotel. A three star hotel that is better than many of the four star rated hotels that I I have stayed at.Good value all up. The reception area and lobby is of much poorer standard than the room. Mattress a little hard for my taste.A choice of English language and international television stations would have been a welcome addition. |

Hotel Dolomiti is a nice and comfortable facility located right in the centre of Rome, only 200 metres from Roma Termini main Railway and Metro Station (Lines A and B). |
