the hotel was central the staff were helpfull and the rooms clean and comfortable the bar closes on a monday evening and the hot buffet breakfast was always cold |

A very decent hotel and, I must say, very comfortable room, that really surprised us, because it as both spacious as clean and comfortable. everything was there as promised by booking. com: the minibar and little bed for our 1,5 year old daughter. If i had to entionm something, it would be this: The staff at the reception of the hotel seemd a bit moody or bored. Only the bellboy was quit cheerfull and nice. The rest didn't much seem to care. |

Very good Hotel with excellent breakfast and located five mins walk from main railway station. Surrounding area was not the greatest. We were mugged on our way from the station to the Hotel,but I hasten to add they did not manage to steal anything. |

Room set up and cleanliness. Good position in the city allowing the tourists to reach every touristic objective. Personnel are always available and kind. The breakfast could be more variate and higher quality. Rooms could be a little bit larger. |

Very nice room with good fittings, and very clean. It was very pleasant that every member of staff said hello when met. The breakfast provided was poor quality food and not value for money. We were surprised at the absence of tea/coffee provision in the room as this is standard in other hotels. |

Great restaurant recommendation, forgotten the name but ask it was fabulous! Shoe Polish in the rooms (with the lil shampoos etc) great idea and it came in handy! Very helpful female receptionist - we had to confirm a hotel booking further along in our trip but when we phoned the lady could not speak english - the helpful receptionist at Milani phoned them for us. Room was lovely and warm, bathroom was a good size and hotel had an elevator (the 3 things people usually complain about!). |

Repeat visit - Just a note to thank you again you very much for a lovely stay - Our room was really nice- The higene of your hotel was excellent - Staff so helpful and really friendly We arrived about 9.50 am for breakfast and hot food was finished - the waiter arranged some scrambled eggs for us - really appreciated it - so please thank him Francesco - what can i say - a gentleman - and the lovely young girl who kindly let us check in online and printed our boarding passed - and looked after our luggage Would definately recommend your hotel and will stay there again - Perfect location and wonderful staff Many thanks for a great visit to all |

The location of the hotel was great. the room was clean and towels were changed every day. Unfortunately there were lots of things we didnt like. The beds were terrible, very uncomfortable pillows, heating/air-conditioner didnt work and nobody bothered to fix it after we spoke to the stuff. As room was facing the street it was incredibly noisy too. Paper walls. Breakfast was really poor!! The worse we have ever experienced for a 3 star hotel! And same every morning. Very disappointing for the average rating of 8! |

spacious room and bathroom, modern and new furnishing in both, meticulous cleaning of the room, excellent location regardng Termini Station. Old furnishing of entrance and reception desk, little bit poor breakfest, old and noisy elevator. |
