Well kept hotel , should be a 4 star.

Beds are to hard on the back. Pillows need replacing I think.

the rooms where very clean and well laid out. The breakfast was fantastic and all the staff really friendly and helpful.

The staff is very, very friendly, and always are eager to help!!!! If you want a good hotel at a very pleasant and reasonable price, I recommend you this one!

Cleanliness, very close to Termini station. Luca, one of the front office personnel was very helpful and informative.

Very convenient location to Termini and Metro makes it easier to travel to other areas of Rome. We were very happy with the price we paid. Room was spacious and very clean.

The room had been recently painted and upgraded and their were lifts to the room (not always in the older hotels) It was very clean and they granted our room requests and made sure we were happy.

Breakfast was provided but there was very little to choose from that wasn't bread or pastry. For some-one who doesn't tolerate gluten breakfast was difficult. For my daughter, the pastries and bread rolls seemed stale and dry. The food was okay, but definately room for improvement.

The room was very big and they kept it very clean. it is close to everything in Rome so it is a good place to stay if you are visiting Rome.

There were some of the staff that could be a littler bit friendlier.

Very central to the Train station and also to Tourist areas. Hotel was in a quiet street and rooms to the back were the quietest. There were some nice restaurants in the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

There was some internal noise with people walking on the wooden floors at night. Breakfast was very basic.

Great staff very visitor friendly

Perfect location if you need access to Roma Termini. USA electric adaptor in bathroom a bonus. Expected a lot less for the money, but exceptionally clean and accommodating for the money. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend

The fact that they remembered us from two years ago and welcomed us so warmly. The staff are friendly and only too happy to help with advice and information. The proximity to Roma Termini station and the bus station, makes getting around in Rome so much easier, the breakfast was great!!! Room spotless and bathroom really well appointed.

The hotel was well situated. It was spotlessly clean and very good value for money. The best was Patricia, the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful and recommended good, local, typically Italian restaurants. We would definitely go back there anytime.

good location if you want to be close to the central station, from which you have great public transport connections.

fairly loud air-conditioning unit / fan, which could not be deactivated. on two out of four mornings, water was ice-cold when I tried to shower -- having called the reception desk because of this, staff were neither very friendly nor competent in fixing this.

Do NOt stay in this hotel I Booked this hotel with 2 adults and 2 childs just like other hotels in europe. We checked in very late. The person who works at night. First he said that we cant check in cuznunhave two kids and u book the hotel for two adults. Then finally he said that he will upgrade it to large room. He acted very nice and polite, but when we checked outni was shocked to see that he charge 25 euro each night with out informing us for upgradte. He acted like he is giving up favour. Dont book this hotel. U can find better hotels much cheaper and close to train station or even if u book by mistake make sure u ask for every price wether they give u some thing or u take

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, the breakfast buffet was comprehensive, and the hotel staff was very helpful.

Its location near Termini station made it good for getting around. It was atypically functional city hotel.

One member of staff was rude. The room was not very well sound-proofed so it could be a bit noisy.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and well kept. Room was on the inside of the building and quiet. Location was convenient for transport to and from the airport, and also access to the Termini metro/station

Although it was very well presented, the "superior" room was actually quite small, and the TV/Air conditioning facilities whilst adequate could have been a little better. It did not represent very good value for money compared to other 3* hotels that we have stayed at in major italian cities (or, we suspect, compared to "standard" accommodation at the Milani). We were disappointed having elected to pay the extra for the "superior" room in this case. This shouldn't preclude anyone considering the Milani, but we suggest a thorough check of rates vs room spec.and probably several different booking sites is worthwhile.
