Wonderful staff! So polite and accomodating. The bellman, I think was Lorenzo, was great!! Lobby was very nice. Room was huge compared to some other comments I've read about Europe hotels. Bathroom well stocked (towels, soap, shampoo). Breakfast buffet offered good variety. Five minute walk from Termini Station. We felt very safe. Hotel holds onto room key during the day and we were able to keep our valuables in the room safe. My daughter lost her wallet somewhere in Rome...actually she dropped it in the room and the hotel contacted us via e-mail!! For us Residents - McDonalds is the only place that had ice in the drinks. We were given the "heads-up" about safety around the Termini Station after dark and pick-pockets. We were aware of our surroundings and felt very comfortable in the area. A big thank you to the staff for helping out the American tourists!

Facilities were excellent. The room provided accommodated two adults. It was fairly spacious, very clean and welcoming and was warmly decorated. Clean towels were provided daily. The breakfast was sumptuous and of good variety being served from 6.30 am to 10.00am allowing for sleep ins or early starts. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Hotel was a 5 minute walk from Termini Train station and conveniently located. Was unable to change the room temperature as it was automatically set at this time of year (Nov). Found it a little warm at night requiring the window to be opened but then street noise was a problem.

The location is superb. Staff members are mostly nice, just that one gentlemen at the counter was particularly grumpy. Breakfast included in the deal was ok. The room was excellent, very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was travelling with my parents and allocated a room with a separate small single bedroom and this is a real bonus for me. Wifi coverage was patchy. Very hard to get online in the room. I had to be in the lobby in order to be connected. Supposed to be a 4Euros 8 hours deal (which you log-in and log-out as you use, so it's a fair deal imho) but I wasn't charged in the end.

We liked the location, as it was a block and a half from the Termini Station - from there we could pick up the train ( for a day trip to Orvieto) or the subway to other areas in Rome. The breakfast was very adequate and the room, though small, was very clean. There are lots of eating places and shops at the Termini Station, so if we needed something that was the place to go. The staff was efficient and friendly.

We were very satisfied with the hotel, it is among the best of its class, with excellent breakfast, service (daily room cleaning with towel change) and location (just 1 minute from the metro station of Termini). We would stay again at the same hotel without a second thought.

The room was clean and good furnished and equipped (especially for a 3 star hotel). Note that the rooms must(!) have slippers (there is a stone floor in the rooms) and if you don't find the slippers in the room you may call the reception, they will provide. Good breakfast. The location in the city centre in several blocks from the Termini station is great, but I believe it would have been hard to stay there for several days or a week (we spent there 1 night on our way to Tuscany and 1 night on our way back) because the streets are very noisy. Besides, we could not swith off the air conditioner which was quite irritating in the night.

The location made is very easy to take the metro and train. The breakfast was ample and a good way to start off the day. Very helpful being able to store luggage. Very clean! Liked having a safe. The bed was uncomfortable and the room got hot and stuffy during the night. I think separate twins might have been better than combining them into a double with a lump down the middle.

Good value for money in a strategic point, the nearby Termini Station being very handy for transport and even some shopping. Clean, practical hotel.Good breakfast. Air conditioning pretty bad (too cold). Towels - could use an improvement, perhaps more then 1-2 for the whole week-end.TV channels - one channel in english will not harm anybody.

Location is excellent, close to the train station and within walking distance. Room was roomy, clean and comfortable, although the bed was a little hard. There was a refrigerator which was nice. We got slippers which was surprising for a 3.5 star hotel. The man at the front desk in the morning shift was a bit grumpy, but, the one at night was friendly and helpful. Like that they help call a taxi to transport to the airport. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. The dinner deal they offered was excellent value. Good food for a very reasonable price. It was a bit pricey for a 3.5 star hotel. There was no English channels on tv. It was a bit warm in the room, can't regulate the temperature. It was somewhat noisy. There was an open vent to the hallway, so we could hear people coming and going, doors slamming, people talking. Walls were a bit thin in that we can hear our neighbors.

Ligging bij Roma Termini en de metro. Ontbijtbuffet. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Properheid. Bedden. Badkamer. Grote verschillen in vriendelijkheid bij hotelpersoneel. Airconditioning maakt veel lawaai.

“It's my family's first trip to Rome and we are proud to make the right choice of Yes Hotel. We love the location of the hotel being so near the Termini station. The hotel is newly renovated, our room is very clean and housekeeping is above par. Free breakfast is a wide choice of cheese, bacon, eggs, ham, sausage,coffee/tea, milk, oj, fruit salad, bread and croissants. We are so energized every morning before the start of the tour. More importantly the hotel provided us with excellent customer service from the front desk staff namely Joseph, Jonathan, Demitri and Marcello. They're very helpful with anything you ask, let you relax and enjoy your stay in the hotel. Thank you guys, we will surely come back to Yes hotel when in Rome. There's no need to look around, I highly recommend Yes Hotel! ” Fernando, Mississauga |
