quiet,efficient,low key ,warm hotel.
the coffee was poor, but it was possible to get a decent espresso from the breakfast staff.
The location is quite good. The bed was comfortable. Included breakfast was decent.
I would have liked to have a better lounge area.
- daily cleaning with changing room made all towels and linen -friendly staff -positioning to subway and train station -you can leave your luggage with them after ceck out
- composition breakfast was the same in all 3 days of stay (diversified but the same ...) disturbing noise made by its own plant at night (1st floor)
Good breakfast, location is perfect, room is nice, clean))
Attitude of the staff at the reception was unfriendly.
Near train station, buses
Noisy at night Poor breakfast choices Only bad coffee in Italy
Proximity to trains Good size room and bathroom
Breakfast was plain Some noise from the street
front desk is helpful.
Location to train station.
Reception staff very odd. First told the lift was not working and suggested we opt for room on ground floor rather than 3rd floor allocated. When asked which was better room and reluctantly told the allocated room on 3rd floor was better and called someone to assist with our bags, then completely ignored us! We had to ask for key to room, info about breakfast all while she tried to serve 3 other guests behind us, then on getting to the lift it was working fine. Staff at breakfast having very big and loud argument. Seems like they need new management. Rooms tired and towels smelled.
One small elevator.
Quiet, well serviced room with good access to trains and buses. Helpful staff. Not bad value for money.
Area is a bit drab and hotel decor dated.
I feel at home at the hotel Milani , I have stayed there 3 times and by now can find my way around easily
Location is OK
Snobbish reception. Poor room for the price of a good hotel.
Hotel Milani was easy to find and very convenient to the train station. We arrived late and just needed a good night's sleep after a long flight.
No complaints. It was exactly what we expected
Friendly staff, very close to termini subway, 24h vendor machine
Always same and poor breakfast, poor soundprofing (we heard all sounds from other rooms and outside)
Staff service Cleanliness
We came by train so the fact that it was 5-10 minute walk from station was great. The hotel is modern and has good air-con. The staff were friendly and helpful. We walked to most of Romes main sites from here, but there are public transport options as well.
Every one who works there, are very helpful..Patrica is a lovely lady. We have stayed in many hotels in Rome but we really love Miliani.
Easy access to any point of the city by public transportation
Hotel staff was polite but not friendly
The hotel has a very good location and the facilities are good.
No 24 hours hot water
We enjoyed the central location and all the cafeterias in the area.handy to the Termini Centrale and the hop on hop off buses for sightseeing
We had a 12+ hour flight from Singapore with arrival at the hotel about 0945. No rooms were available for check in and we had to wait until 1230. We accept that but it would have been appreciated if there was a private area available to wait in
Although the hotel is a little tired the room was comfortable, breakfast was pretty good. Location for us was great. There was an excellent restaurant nearby called familgne, value for money
It lacked coffee making facilities in the room. Wifi was hit and miss
Safe hotel near Termini. 24 hour desk so good for late arrivals from airport.
Great staff, good location, very clean, all the facilities, good breakfast. I would like to thank the staff for their assistance with delayed luggages.
Nothing I could think about.
State of repair. Size of rooms
I loved the location of the hotel and I have stayed here last year so I knew what great service I was going to be expecting!! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by luca who is the most friendliest and most amazing staff that I have came across on any hotel that I have stayed in. In my opinion, he is an absolute credit to Hotel Milani! Breakfast was really good too! I am planning another trip to Rome then I will definitely be booking this hotel!!!!
Nothing at all.
