hotel is close to the central train station Termini and close to the centrum of Roma also, excelent location for walking tourists occasionally evening during our stay didnt work warm water in the shower |

The locality in terms of proximity to the railway station. The choice of things for breakfast was good The general attitude of one of the male recptionists left a lot to be desired and at times the other gentleman on reception was not far behind him. They should remember that they are there to help the guests and represent the hotel - sadly their attitude let things down.They should take tips from their female counterpart who was always polite and helpful. |

close to termini for transport. Room was clean and we were given fresh towels every day needed to use transport as quite a walk to main parts of city. Some (but not all!) staff were not very friendly |

Good location to Station Termini, convenient for tour bus trips etc. Staff weren't very friendly, more effort on their part. Booked a Superior room but was on the small side, very clean though. |

The rooms were absolutely beautiful and spotless. The hotel was a hop, skip and a jump from the Termini train and metro station. You can use the Metro A and B lines to get around the rest of the city and see the other attractions. The staff was fine, they were not overly friendly or helpful but they weren't unpleasant either. I would stay there again for sure though. |
