The location, near to termini station The hotel close the main door in the night and turn off the light.The second day I came back after midnight, and I found all closed, I did not see the ring and I had to kick the door and the recepcionist got angry and asked him why was the door was closed and he reply me that in the night was too dangerous if I knew that I have not reserved in Hotel Milani. |

Very convenient for the main Termini station but surprisingly there was no train noise. Good bathroom facilities with hairdryer. Air con included. Spacious triple room with lots of shelves for our luggage. |

The staff were all very helpful at all hours of the day, absolutely no faults with the service, help and attitude. The room and facilities were very clean and well appointed. The only minor critisism was the vending machines at the breakfast bar. Machines with mixers never match real juice or coffee. In context of the whole hotel experience it is a very minor issue for the rate. |
