Very convenient for the main Termini station but surprisingly there was no train noise. Good bathroom facilities with hairdryer. Air con included. Spacious triple room with lots of shelves for our luggage. |

The staff were all very helpful at all hours of the day, absolutely no faults with the service, help and attitude. The room and facilities were very clean and well appointed. The only minor critisism was the vending machines at the breakfast bar. Machines with mixers never match real juice or coffee. In context of the whole hotel experience it is a very minor issue for the rate. |

Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was of a reasonable standard though the scrambled eggs didn't look very appealing but did taste good. The bar wasn't open at all during our stay. This was disappointing. |
