酒店设施陈旧，装修陈旧，淋浴设施时常故障，上网需要另外付费，早餐需要另外付费，如果收费的早餐很好吃也- 可以理解，不幸的是，早餐质量也很差~！，总台服务冷漠，真是噩梦之旅~！

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and well kept. Room was on the inside of the building and quiet. Location was convenient for transport to and from the airport, and also access to the Termini metro/station

Although it was very well presented, the "superior" room was actually quite small, and the TV/Air conditioning facilities whilst adequate could have been a little better. It did not represent very good value for money compared to other 3* hotels that we have stayed at in major italian cities (or, we suspect, compared to "standard" accommodation at the Milani). We were disappointed having elected to pay the extra for the "superior" room in this case. This shouldn't preclude anyone considering the Milani, but we suggest a thorough check of rates vs room spec.and probably several different booking sites is worthwhile.

Chose this for proximity to Termini as we had an early bus to catch to the airport. Reception staff were friednly & let us check in very early which was great.

Room was a little small, but no problem for a 1 night stay. Good price though so can't complain.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly each day as well as the linen changed daily. All staff were friendly and very helpful indeed.Breakfast in the mornings was more than adequate prior to a days sightseeing. The hotel is ideally situated and is only about 150 metres from the main Termini stations.I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome in the future.

Excellent accomodations--very clean and convenient to train station. The staff was outstanding, helpful and cooperative--could not ask for better service.

We were very satisfied with the hotel, it is among the best of its class, with excellent breakfast, service (daily room cleaning with towel change) and location (just 1 minute from the metro station of Termini). We would stay again at the same hotel without a second thought.

Wifi have a cost, but it does not work in the rooms, they dont get back your money. So sad

the staff are co-operative easy to deal, and talk with them, and also so friendly, very nice breakfast few steps to railway station

Wonderful staff! So polite and accomodating. The bellman, I think was Lorenzo, was great!! Lobby was very nice. Room was huge compared to some other comments I've read about Europe hotels. Bathroom well stocked (towels, soap, shampoo). Breakfast buffet offered good variety. Five minute walk from Termini Station. We felt very safe. Hotel holds onto room key during the day and we were able to keep our valuables in the room safe. My daughter lost her wallet somewhere in Rome...actually she dropped it in the room and the hotel contacted us via e-mail!!

For us Residents - McDonalds is the only place that had ice in the drinks. We were given the "heads-up" about safety around the Termini Station after dark and pick-pockets. We were aware of our surroundings and felt very comfortable in the area. A big thank you to the staff for helping out the American tourists!

The rule about not being allowed the childrens pram into the room was an inconvenience as a small child was asleep in the pram at the time. The female receptionist was very arrogant.
