Venligt personale, god service ,dejlig beliggenhed, nydeligt renoveret. der mangler lidt system i arbejdsgangen i morgenmadsrestauranten.Der står for mange uafryttede borde, dog er buffeen blevet mere lækker i forhold til sidste år, så vi tør godt vende tilbage. |

I have appreciated everything about the hotel: excellent location, nice rooms, recently restored with modern infrastructres. They offer plenty of food at breakfast for every taste. I didn'f find anything to complain about. |

The hotel location was simply perfect and the bed of the renovated room extremely confortable. It was also good to learn that the renovation is planned to include all rooms. The breakfast should improve a lot for example by including different kind of breads and home made cakes. |

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, sight seeing bus routes. Clean and modern facilities. Not enough hot water. Five out of the 6 showers we had (3 people) during our stay were luke warm. Management's explanation was that "everyone must be showering at the same time". Which, if true, means they need a better hot water supply as most people will need to shower at similar times due to check-in and check out times. |

The Hotel Milano is very conveniently located near the arena in Verona. The lobby and first floor have been recently renovated in contemporary style. Upper rooms have not yet been renovated and are therefore more reasonably priced. Our only problem occurred upon check-out. We had a 6:00 AM flight to catch so check-out was very early. The credit card machine was not working. We ended up having to pay in American dollars, since we were leaving and had purposely used up our Euros. |

Very nice and beautiful hotel, although very small. Magnificent bathroom!!! Good breakfasts. Location is quite comfortable - right in the city center. There is the garage, where you can park your car. The staff is not qualified very well. There was a woman on reception who was extremely impolite, sometimes even rude. She accused us that we told her that we were not going anywhere on our car to make an excuse that our car was being taken out from the garage during more than half an hour! I believe it unacceptable! Fortunately not everybody in this hotel is not like this. The man on the reception was very helpful and polite. Please do something for your guests to make them feel comfortable!!! |

It was in the center of the city. It's nice, cosy and warmful place! I enjoyed it! Everything perfect, but at the breakfast, the Orange juice wasn't naturel. I like pressed orange juice... |

we stayed in one of the renovated deluxe-rooms on the first floor. all very well done with a good kingsize bed, nice bathroom etc. the hotel has a small parking so be sure to include a parkingspace in your reservation if needed. since it is located only a few steps from the arena in the old citycentre of verona; parking is almost impossible. |

the beautiful design of the room and the hotel as a whole, the room itself was not noisy, the space of the bathroom the high tech way of putting on/out the lights was too complicated for us and also the mattress is too hard for me |

The staff were very professional. Check-in and check-out was very quick. Changes to my travel plans resulted in me staying in the hotel with two bookings. I was able to stay in the same room ( a double when i booked a single) for the whole stay. The staff at breakfast were courteous and attentive. Amazing coffee! |

The location is perfect! Right next to the arena - right in the middle of the old city of Verona! And quiet too. We stayed in an Executive Double which was very comfortable! Breakfast buffet good and unitl 11! We enjoyed our stay there very much!! |
